Closing Down

Just had this via e-mail:

Dear affiliates, Due to the ongoing issues we are having with processing and Rival management we will be closing down our site in the next few days. We are committed to providing top standards of gaming and support to both players and affiliates. This decision was not easy , but the ongoing issues are not allowing us to offer these standards. Please terminate all affiliate deals within the immediate , we hope (we can't enforce this as its Rival that holds all fees), that Rival will respect and honor the current and future revenue that you are entitled to. Hi there,

Rival has been pumping out brands like it was going out fashion, and they closing brands as fast as they open new brands.

Man the management at Rival will pump out a brand as soon as you hand them 50K, and you have a white label. Kinda freaky considering that they are so bad when it come to assisting their brands.

Payment processing issues, lack of feedback and a site www.rivalpowered.com that has not been updated since August 2008. Kinda bad for a 'so-called' operator.

Oh, and I also just received this email, after 3 weeks after to trying to get hold of Emma.

Does anybody know the status about commission?

If the program is listed under Platinum Affiliate Program section does it mean that GPWA should keep an eye on such programs more carefully? and try to help with due commission?
