BIOGRAPHY
Started in the Call Centre for forwardSLASH which gave me a good grounding in the back office workings in an onlne casino operation. Moved into Marketing after 2 years and progressed through the ranks with an understanding of how all aspects of acquisition. retention, CRM and other areas operated. Moved into the affiliate arena when I headed up the operation of Gaming Portals. When I started my own agency moving into the affiliate arena and realised how you need to adapt and how you need to be cautious in who you work with and how you acquire your players.
