Default Yet ANOTHER no pay and no response thread for Euro Partners

My affiliate account hit a large negative in March 2014. As a result of 2 additional wins in April 2014, and June 2014, my account remained in the negative until March 2016.

After two years of having a negative carry over, my account finally had a positive figure for April 2016.

Suddenly, my affiliate manager was changed, I didn't receive any payment, and I've sent the current affiliate manager 2 emails and did not receive a reply.

Would Euro Partners please resolve this issue, as "no pay" and "no response" issues don't encourage new affiliates to join your program.

GPWA - Could we get GPWA to contact their Gold Sponsor to sort this out please?
SweetBet - You know the risks when you partner downmarket - you'll get fleabitten ...

Europartners are not good partners IMO - they have a bad history - and have shown no sign of improving their business habits.

    Hello Sweetbet,

A "no pay" or "no response" behavior is not what Euro Partners is about, as we are really focused on maintaining the best customer service with our Affiliates. Your email probably never reached us, I will send you another email and who to contact via private message.

    Regards,

    The Euro Partners team

"A "no pay" [...] behavior is not what Euro Partners is about"

    I agree about that.

"A [...] "no response" behavior is not what Euro Partners is about"

If an issue starts on a forum, then it's no longer of interest for only two people.
The audience has a right to know, if an public issue is resolved or not.
Otherwise we can close all forums on Earth.

In the last years I believe I asked two or three times here in this area in different threads both parties involved to write a final statement or at least an update.
Both parties are active here in the forum. The webmaster continues writing posts in other areas and Europartners will be informed now by this post through the email information system of GPWA.

It takes less than 2 minutes to write here "Money received" or "Money was sent out" or "Minimum payment of $250 not reached" that the audience is well informed and no one can say later [incorrectly]: "Did you see it?! Once again Europartners did not pay"

My opinion is, that the person who opens a thread has the duty to inform the audience if the thing is solved, and the representative has the duty to inform the audience about the progress and / or about the final [if the webmaster refused to do it].

The forum was invented by the Romans!
Not to be a hidden area or a sleeper compartment.
To be an open place to discuss and to inform the audience!

    Leopold

You are right Leopold. I should update everyone on the status of this issue.

After emailing the new affiliate manager twice and not receiving a reply, I was given ANOTHER new affiliate manager whom I haven't contacted.

The person who contacted me to resolve this issue gave me the dollar figures from March 2014 to May 2016.

The figures that I calculated added up to a total of $540.27 ("Minimum payment of $250 was reached")

    March 2014: -$15,383.83
    April 2014: -$2,990.91
    May 2014: $568.04
    June 2014: -$12,437.79
    July 2014: $702.68
    August 2014: $3,400.12
    September 2014: $380.43
    October 2014: $406.38
    November 2014: $4,917.79
    December 2014: $860.09

    January 2015: $737.23
    February 2015: $890.37
    March 2015: $283.38
    April 2015: $1,901.33
    May 2015: -$2,049.36
    June 2015: $2,214.00
    July 2015: $1,674.32
August 2015: $2,109.49 < (This was mysteriously changed to $1,764.13)
    September 2015: $2,909.71
    October 2015: $3,867.31
    November 2015: $3,645.17
    December 2015: $293.55

    January 2016: $55.40
    February 2016: $147.89
    March 2016: $514.00
    April 2016: $874.48
    May 2016: $49.00

    Total Amount Earned: $540.27

The figures that I was sent added up to a total of $233.12 ("Minimum payment of $250 not reached")

When I checked my figures against the figures that I had received, I discovered SEVERAL discrepancies in some of the monthly figures, with the biggest discrepancy being for the month of August 2015. The figure for August 2015 was mysteriously changed from $2,109.49 to $1,764.13

There was no explanation for any of the discrepancies when I mentioned this to the Euro Partners contact.

Did I receive payment? No, because according to the Euro Partners' modified August 2015 figures, I didn't meet the $250 minimum payment.

Conclusion: The "affiliate unfriendly" terms and conditions of this group, PLUS the questionable and dodgy behavior of this group means that I have chosen to no longer work with them. I have removed all Euro Partners links and will NEVER work with this group ever again. No wonder why this group is on so many blacklists. Goodbye Euro Partners !!

Very interesting, I was victim of Europartners years ago from a poker perspective, I have a poker database of over 35K players most of which signed up to Titan Poker back in the day, and yet I haven't received any income from them for the last 5 years. And if I go into my affiliate account no play, no deposits nothing.

    Good luck with your efforts

Lost count of how many of these threads there have been about Europartners. Surprised anyone still promotes these charlatans.
