    are there any Facebook youth protection, which prevents minors see such offers?

    Facebook is not an open search engine.

    For example: German Facebook user data 2012: 16% under 18 years old.

    The minimum age is 13, i believe.
    Facebook allows minors access.

    Then Facebook must also ensure that this group is protected, because even the provision of gambling is dangerous for minors.

    In casinos in Bavaria in Germany you have to be 21 years old.

    If you mean the Facebook ads - it's your choice to show it to the kids or not. and I'm not sure that FB does smth with it. As the game is free to play and doesn't allow any real money transactions out we do not block kids from Germany under 18 (in your example). But we for example in our engine have "alcohol protection", so if the kid is from Poland and it's not allowed to drink there till 21, engine has the possibility to block this user. But it your choice again to turn this feature on or off.
