Wrong commission numbers...

Hi guys,

We want to know how exactly Bet365 calculate our commissions. We have two websites, lets say XXX and YYY. This month we should take our first commission since a very long time and this is the statistics for the last 3 months(the numbers are monthly net profits):

Until 31.05.2016 for both websites: -864.24 EUR

XXX . COM
June: -406,45 EUR
July: 1 607,44 EUR
August: 2 178,66 EUR

YYY . COM
June: -6 053,51 EUR
July: 1 310,88 EUR
August: 7 896,29 EUR

Total: 5669.07 EUR

Until 31.05.2016 we also had -864.24 EUR(this is for both sites) which should be added in the calculation. So by our calculation we have 5669.07 EUR monthly net profit which is exactly 1700.72 EUR commission for August! Unfortunately today we had an email from Bet365 affiliate support that our commission for August will be 1095.74 EUR. Could anyone tell us, who is wrong? All these numbers that i am sharing are from our Affiliate account stats. Not sure if it is related but the email today was from ymglory.

Ymglory is some weird affiliate sub-department of bet365 that is imposed on people who did something evil in their past lives. So sadly for you it is related.

The one who can tell you are obviously Bet365 or YMGlory. Probably some deductions.

Actually it is not a deduction. Tell told us that for August we have 653,60 + 2368,89 = 3022,48 EUR COMMISSION which is correct. But they also told us that for the previous month we have negative balance -1926,74EUR(do not know how they calculate this number) and they sum the COMMISSION with the negative BALANCE 3022,48 - 1926,74 = 1095,74 EUR and came up with the number 1095,74EUR. How could they sum a monthly net profit(negative BALANCE) with already calculated COMMISSION?

They just can. They do not reset at EOM. Ask them about the -1926,74. How this was calculated.

What do you mean by "The just can" and by "Then do not reset at EOM"? I think that you do not understand our complain here. Do you think that this is correct: For August lets say you have +3000 EUR but for July you have -1000 EUR and Bet365 calculate that for August you have 30% from 3000 EUR which is 900 EUR minus 1000 is -100EUR and you can't get any commission. Do you think this is correct?
The correct calculation is that for August you have +2000 EUR(3000 - 1000) and you should have ~300 EUR commission.

We already ask then about this -1926,74 but if we get an answer before Christmas we will be lucky...
