Why bet365 partners are asking the inactive affiliates to send them URL's to approve?

Today I got email from bet365 partners . The email is saying , translated to english with a few words - that we must send them all websites that we are using to promote bet365....but may be this is a mass email to all affiliates?
I am inactive from 4-5 years , I only receive commisions for old invited accounts. So why we are supposed to receive these type of emails? Do we need to reply or just ignore the email? Before few years Bet365 wrote us email to stop promoting them , and we stopped. They are very good because they pay the commisions from old invited accounts everytime , on time. But please help me in this case - do I need to reply them or who should I contact to mark my account as "inactive" . I know a lot of affiliates are in the same account type.

Yes, this is a bulk message sent to all affiliates these days, as it seems no matter active or not. I got mine 3 days ago. You are not supposed to do anything in your case. When you are urged to do something you get a message labeled with "ACTION REQUIRED" which is not present here. The thing is bet365 must know all sites, channels etc. and the targeted geos if you are promoting them so they can make sure you are acting in a compliant way. Last year they asked to fill and send back some .xls file with that info, now it is integrated into the platform and the message is about that to check it and update it on your own whenever there are some changes and formally to confirm it is all OK when they ask you to do so. My advice is always to reply / ask if you are not sure about something, even to say every time that you are not promoting bet365 anymore. Their managers are very kind, competent and understanding. It may look stupid but does no harm and as we say, "да си вържеш гащите"
