Who is the affiliate manager at Regal Affiliates?

I have emailed the affiliate support addresses that were supplied in the mail about Nicolas Johnson leaving twice now and have not received an answer to either one. And I gave them ample time in between the two to reply.

I need to contact them about commissions that are owed me. I'm not talking tons of money but every little bit helps.

Can anyone supply me with an email addy that they actually receive replies from and a contact name?

Hi Michelle,

I had a brief MSN chat with Nicolas a moment ago and he indicated that he knows they have someone there taking on his prior role, but is not sure of the person's name. Nicolas and I are checking with them and I'll post details here and update the Regal Affiliates program review once I have more details.

Same deal for me, I emailed several times and have not had any return contact. Since Nicolas left they support (and player emails) has really hit a low. I really liked the 'can do' attitude Nicolas had and sorely miss his presence.

I hope someone from Regal will step up to the plate.

Thank you Steven for that info and for checking on this for me. I still have contact with Nicolas but did not want to approach him with questions about VR since he is not working for them anymore. But to see him step in to assist you, Steven, shows that he is still that upstanding kind of guy and is willing to help everyone no matter who he works for!

Well, I guess no one wants to step up to the plate, Chip. And I am not talking about Steven or Nicolas.

This is totally ridiculous. I still have not heard a word from anyone at Regal Affiliates so I sent off a third email to [email protected] just now.

Regal Affiliates, I don't care if I don't make squat for your company. Just show me and anyone else trying to contact you some respect and reply to us. I have no qualms about taking you off of my sites. Won't bother me in the least.

Three strikes and your out Regal. Game over!!

The last mail I got from them (besides the automated ones) was the announcement of Nicolas leaving and that was dated 3-29-10

I wonder if they will be at the conference, however, if they can't take the time to answer the emails from those affiliates that are requesting assistance, then I wouldn't bother with them at the conference even if I was going....

I did receive a reply from Regal Affiliates earlier. And the answer to my question "who is the affiliate manager?" ........... there is not a dedicated person. It is a team.

What email address did you get the reply from? I would like to have an idea of who to contact and how.

Am I the only one that thinks a "whole team" should be able to follow up on emails in less than a few weeks?

Maybe someone from this team should send out an email to affiliates saying hi or something....

Chips, this is the address I used [email protected]. And as far as who to contact, the email was signed Best Regards, The Regal Affiliate Team.

When I sent the first two emails, I know I used this same exact address but for this last email, I hit reply on the weekly report that I received yesterday. I know these are automatically generated emails but I thought hey, it came from somewhere. I don't want to say it but I was not very nice in that email either. Maybe that prompted the reply. Who knows?

I agree Rick, a "whole team" should have been able to get back to me much sooner than they did.

I do appreciate them getting back to me even though I didn't like the answer I received about some commissions I was expecting.

Well the fact that you first posted in the proper forum inquiring who is the AM at Regal Affs on the 9th May and no one from this sponsor program found it worthwhile to post in their forum makes me start to wonder why no one from the "team" could take 2 minutes to reply.

I would think if I had ponied up the cash to be a Silver Sponsor program, I would be darn sure I used the benefits.

Anyone from Regal brave enough to come over here and interact?
