Hi triple7,

We treat all standard contracts as NCO unless it is stated within the deal that NNCO will apply.
As I've mentioned a few times, its totally at the discretion of a deal. I already said it is highly rare to be offered now, but we used to offer it more openly, if you have previously had NNCO, perhaps it was at a time when it was offered more freely.
Since in the last 12 months we have new management and more awareness of risk without the growing need to collect new affiliates, we don't offer NNCO so openly. Which again, i'm sure you understand, 1000 reasons or not.
Our current management comes from the highest positions in acquisition at some of the world leading brands. I believe we are doing our best to create a fair affiliate platform which is clear and competitive with the leaders. So i do appreciate the feedback/concern.

I'd love to know your account username so i can have a look and privately let you know why i see there to be a removal of NNCO, i'm sorry you weren't informed of this removal (if that is the case) but this certainly was not through me.

I must say though, i find most strong affiliates really aren't concerned about NNCO unless they are involved in a loss leader campaign.

I hope you do provide the details as i would like to find a solution for both of us. I don't like the platform to be accused of being 'simply dodgy' etc

Hello,

Please find below our terms and conditions for payments:

13.1 An invoice for the amount of your commission must bereceived by us by the 15th of each month in order for payment to be sent by theend of the same month. Invoices sent after the 15th are not guaranteed to bepaid during the same month. Accepted methods of payment are: Bank Transfer,Neteller, Moneybookers (Skrill), Paypal and Entropay.
13.2 If your income is below the minimum amount required to make apayment, your earnings will be postponed until the following month anduntil theminimum threshold is reached.
13.3 The minimum amount for payment via Bank Transfer is €250.00.
13.4 The minimum amount for payment via PayPal, Neteller, Moneybooker (Skrill)or Entropay is €50.00.

In order to receive your commissions, please send a payment request along with your username to our email address [email protected]

Hi Diana.

Its strange cause i have send You invoice on 11 April and get back feedback from You that everything is fine and i will get my money. Now its 3rd May and i still didnt get the payment. Also no one from livepartners is responding on my email. This is email that i wrote yesterday cause my previous email was left without response :

"Im one of Your affiliates but when i wrote who is my affiliate manager i didnt get any response. On 11 of april i have send invoice to finance and Mrs Diana wrote me that i should get it next week(that is 17-21 april) but i didnt get the payment. So i wrote another email and Mrs Diana wrote to me that i will get it by the end of another week so i should get it by 28 april(but still i didnt get any payment. So i wrote another email on which i didnt get any response.

Can anyone answear my questions?:

Who is my affiliate manager and when i will get my money?"

Still didnt get the payment. Is livepartners serious company or a scam?

as i understand, to withdraw money i have to send an invoice.
i dont know what that invoice means and diana doesnt offer enough support.
could somebody tell me what is that invoice ? what info should contain ? (photo of invoice example will help)
also, that invoice should be sent online ?
very very poor support...

You do not need to send an invoice. Just copy and paste below with your own details to [email protected]

Subject: Request for payment (username)

Message: Please find below my request of commission payment

Kindly anyone has been paid regarding June 2017 Comissions ? Only ask cause nobody answer me from Livepartners and also my account says " inactive " strange cause i ve 520 € of comissions to recieve .
