You are surprised ? I was too as i got confirmation

My first impression was oh, nice looking site but if you deal with in more details or dig a bit deeper you will distrustful.

It gives some indications and characteristics which they were allegedly linked and also reported.

Of course they will say no but it's not a suprise because the old company which they were allegedly associated with, had a bad reputation.

This method "players earning only for one year" isn't acceptable and should let you stop thinking to become partnership.

For a CPA deal you don't need to make worries but for Revshare it's a NoGo.

I believe the target is to sell the company after a short time and for that it's better to have low or no players.

Fact is that you can't be sure what happen or not, for me it's not trustable and my impression deceived me rarely.

This statement is based on my own experience and impressions.

Thinking or doing how you like but don't wonder later.

I'm curious as to who owns and runs this casino - especially due to the propaganda from Anthony stating "Lapalingo's site is a high-quality casino backed by decades of experience in the European online gaming market." In the interest of full disclosure - are we talking about Playbet24 as their "industry experience"? If not, please support this experience with brands/names.

How i mentioned they will say no and that's a lie and has nothing to do with.

The database was either sold or will used now for new promotions.

Old players from playbet24 reporting that they got e-mail promotions from Lapalingo where explained that they are back with new name...

Can be that an old affiliate partner also have anything to do with.

Also heard that Lapalingo should be the "new baby" from Kaya Gaming which has allegedly also not a good reputation in this business.

If you remember on playbet24 then everyone can make own opinion.

I just wanted to say that it gives some Notes and a statement about "earnings time limited" and the reason.

A past will get always again back, especially if it was a bad.

I agree with some statements from Leopold but it doesn't matter, if they have a bad term.

I mean, you have fun that your players will only remain 1 year into your account ?

Even if they would change this kind of handling, i would have no trust that they will do anyway.

Again: If you have a CPA deal and bring many players within one year - you are the winner

I don't like to support and would rather have a fair and honest relationship with a comparable company that has only a license from Curacao, Isle of Man or both.

After reading your discussion we thing we need to clarify some things regarding the relationship of lapalingo.com and Lionline Entertainment GmbH & Co. KG

Before 2015 playbet24 operated on a Montenegrin Gambling License using the platform of KGR-Entertainment GmbH from Germany. KGR-Entertainment had had its own developed casino platform including several casino games. They offered as well online casinos as a business to business model to operate an online casino. One of these casino clients was the operator of playbet24.com.

In 2015, KGR-Entertainment within the software and all assets was sold to Löwen Play GmbH, a company which operates around 360 gambling arcades in Germany. Löwen Play is the German market leader in operating Gambling-Arcades and employs more than 3.200 people in Germany.

To entrance the Online Gambling Market Löwen Play GmbH founded the co-subsidiary Lionline Entertainment GmbH & Co. KG. They took on the work on the software development and certified all components of the software as well as the RNG and the games from GLI (Gaming Laboratories International), the largest network of global companies dedicated to provide independent testing and evaluation of gaming technology. Furthermore, Lionline Entertainment GmbH & Co. KG cooperates with a counterparty, who’s held a legal European gambling license from the MGA (Maltese Gaming Authority). They licensed a Class 4 Software License and two Class 1 on 4 operating licenses. Today, Lionline Entertainment GmbH & Co. KG integrated the most relevant game providers like Microgaming, Greentube, NetEnt, Edict and others into the platform. They of course offer the service to operate online casinos in Malta. And we are one of the clients (lapalingo.com).

Just for clarification, after Löwen Play GmbH respectively Lionline Entertainment GmbH & Co. KG bought the assets of KGR Entertainment, they required to close all existing casinos which used the old casino platform from KGR. So casinos like playbet24.com were closed by the old operators.
Thus it is clear that there has never been a business relationship between Löwen Play Group of companies and the casino playbet24.com.

When lapalingo.com starts operating in early 2016, an old affiliate of playbet24 took his player data and wrote them e-mails with bonuses for lapalingo.com - Unfortunatly this is where the wrong relationship was spreaded in various forums.

With lapalingo.com we have already an online casino which is trustful! Like you know players can now complaint directly to the Maltese gambling authority if they have any kind of unresolved issues.

lapalingo.com offers a well known and trustful NetRefer Affiliate solution. Over and above that, lapalingo.com with his counterparty hold a German gambling license from Schleswig-Holstein. Another point that underlines our professional processing.

While reading our Affiliate TAC´s you wondered about this section "The Affiliate Partner receives for each new customer, from the date of registration, a claim on the provision for one year.", this of course is only the standard TAC. But it doesn´t mean that you can´t talk with us and negotiate something different. If you are able to bring lapalingo.com qualified traffic we will setup an affiliate account where your players stay in your account for life time.

To be short. I think the better way if you start to promote your brand by yourself. I tell you a little secret. You are not the one and only affiliate program on market. I don't understand who will be sent traffic for you, if we have are lot of your competitors around, that don't have this unclear T&C.

Commission for a year? LOL. If programs cannot provide correct information to GPWA, it's not worth promoting them. They state that there is no earnings time limit, but there is. A year, a ridiculous term.

Also they were spamming me. So another no-go for this Lapalingo affiliate program.

For myself I have the policy that I have to double-check the terms and reputation of a program if they're sponsor at GPWA. Instead of a good sign, it's becoming more like some kind of warning sign.

If you read before, you can request a personal deal with different conditions.

Sure, it is common to negotiate the Revshare/CPA but the T&C?!
I my eyes, a try to catch some clueless ...

We take your concerns very seriously and lead for the reason already internal discussions with the management.
Furthermore, we know very well that you affiliates are a very important key to success.

We deal very carefully with the onboarding of each individual affiliate. Thus, we discuss the reward plan that will be suitable for both parties - of course also for lifetime. This can be of course discussed after accepting the standard T&C, we will then sign together T&C´s without this one year part.

Since each affiliate has individual ideas of his income, we offer besides RevShare also CPA or hybrid plans.

We think it´s worth to discuss a possible partnership.

We would be glad to get into a first contact in e.g. Skype at affiliates.lapalingo. As well we would like to meet with you face by face on one of the affiliate conferences.
