Hello GPWA community my name is Harry,
Days ago I had an email from Vbet affiliates about account closure.

Here is the email content

Dear affiliate,

We are writing to notify you that your account info (at) 9affiliates com will be closed
In accordance to Clause 12 c - ‘’Vbet may unilaterally terminate the Agreement on delivery of two weeks' prior written notice to the other party, and without giving any reason therefore.’’

Your December and remaining unpaid commission will be paid out early January 2018 and your account will be permanently closed after this process. You will not be eligible to earn or receive any further commission after the effective termination date.
The account info at 9affiliates com will be closed on the 10th of January 2018.

Weeks ago my partner`s account got blocked without any explanation, its clear that they see we earn nice and they decided to take the accounts as they got the terms "Clause 12 c"

We both brought only positives and our account brought monthly $10k min. profit for us, and we now lost it, we feel cheated and we dont think to get anything back, they lost the trust, how we can continue with them? so be aware...

The choice is yours.

They didn't happen to give an actual explanation to the closure, other than to refer to clause 12 c?

To bad the casinos have the power and we as affiliates cant to a thing when they close our account thats why we shall all stick with only serious casinos.

Hi guys,

I'd like to revert to my previous post. Today I had a chat with their head of affiliates, and all has been sorted out. It turned out that all the evil and unethical behavior came from their ex-aff managers. As for new the affiliate manager, Hasmik Arustamyan, she is a new and very nice person willing to solve all the issues. I was assured that all affiliate agreement will be respected, all payments will be done on a timely manner, and all players will be duly paid. Seems all back on the right track.

VBET is owned by Betconstruct right? If so they should be very legit. It's a bit worrying since they actually have a pretty good live product for certain markets.

I dont get what you mean "WinSpins"

They had zero traffic and we worked hard over 2 years for a small salary and no percents, after some time they decided to cut our salaries to zero and offered us 70% RS, and when we brought huge traffic and profit they decided to fire the ex-manager and closed our both accounts.

I was just saying that the sites just look like your typical portal sites
and to achieve $10k per month is no easy feat.. congrats

Its never good when programs decide to use the "its our program we can do want we want clause" and close accounts
Losing that amount of revenue must have been devastating

Hi everyone,
Just to confirm Edmond, Vbet's ex affiliate manager was really helpful in solving issues with delayed payments from Vbet, that happened quite often.
Hope the case can be resolved. Bad to know casinos use their T&C to ban without giving explanations. Same story we had with RuPoker.

Today I had a reply from ex-manager Edmond, he doesn't want to get into this.
So what we gono do vbet? response to this issue.
If there will be no answer next days? I'll take this as ignorance and this post will stay here unsolved forever, my business should not get harmed because of your incompetent services.

Thank you for this info, unfortunately, I found this post too late

I have already brought some high rollers to vbet, more than 3 months no reply from them and my affiliate account got blocked with 36K EUROs earnings, looks like this blood suckers waiting for some fish affiliates to steal players from.
