Hi all,
I am aware that this mailer went out with no affiliate tagging, even though we have instructed the teams responsible for this to ensure that affiliate tags are carried through. It was an honest mistake - the second one, admittedly - but please try to understand that these mailers do not get run past the affiliate management team all the time, so sometimes errors do creep through.
I have actually just brought this issue up to casino management, and I have stressed the importance of ensuring that affiliates are credited when due. All I can do now is apologize for this error, and promise you that future mailers will be correctly tagged.
It is worth noting that, although there is opportunity for players to open accounts on other casinos via this mailer, this is not a cross-sell mailer. If you look at the copy, it does not blatantly push players to other brands. Is this unethical? In my opinion, no. As I have said, this was an error. If players were being pushed to open accounts at other casinos, then that would be a different story. This is clearly not the case.
Regards,
Lawrence.

I guess I never noticed this because my emails from them seem a little different. I searched my gmail for the emails you guys posted here but this is all I could find. Mine doesn't show all the casinos, or Premiere Gaming Group. And the link in my mails goes to a Grand Mondial page, not the Premiere Gaming Group. Wierd.
I don't see the other email you guys posted in my box at all. Are those going to U.S. players? I wonder why we get different mails.

Hi GCG,
Please could you forward the PGG mailer you received yesterday to me at lawrence(at)playsharepartners(dot)com, so that I can look into this in more detail.
We have made certain that the bannertags are pulled into these mailers, and all PGG e-mails that I have received (as I obviously have a test casino account) do have the tag embedded.
The mailer that you posted here on the 16th of December, in fact, has a tag embedded. If you mouseover the main image, you will see that the URL is https://www.premieregaminggroup.com/en/?btag=FS_NO. Clearly the bannertag is carried through here although, in this case, it is not an affiliate tag.
Anyway, please send me that mailer so that I can verify if the tag is being pulled through or not. As mentioned, the PGG mails that I have been receiving are properly tagged.
Thanks,
Lawrence.
