Are you talking true Forex ... or just binary options gambling?
Plenty of proper Forex programs that are on the level.
Binary Options? Not so much.

Not binary options, looking for just straight forex, pref. ones with Stop Loss facility as it seems to protect clients better than ones without

Tons of Forex programs are reputable, as for the stop loss - the traders should place that themselfs - it is basic of trading!
As for Binary, in my experience 30% are bad the rest are good - again this is in my own experience.

Instaforex keeps spamming me with their junk every week. Their program doesn't look very good and their approach is really annoying.
