Telephone Support For SlotoCash
I'm doing a scheduled re-look at some casinos I've reviewed and Sloto is under the microscope. I have a question regarding customer support offered at SlotoCash.
Please see this page - the main customer support page at Sloto:

I can't see telephone numbers anywhere for players to get in touch. I see e-mail, fax and even a postal address but nothing for telephone numbers.
My most recent review makes this comment re. support at Sloto: "If you need to ask anything else then you can get in touch with their customer support team at any time of the day or night via e-mail, free telephone, post or via their handy Live Chat facility which will instantly put you in touch with a real, live operator."
So, I assume there was a telephone support. Has this been removed? Also, I now see no mention of the Live Chat facility on the support pages. Has this been dumped too - or is it somewhere I'm not looking?

You are correct we have temporarily removed phone numbers and live chat and offer 24/7 email support. The email problem on the homepage has been fixed, thanks

Thanks for the quick update although it's not great news that support is being restricted, at least in terms of the support contact methods. It's not really something I can avoid mentioning in the updated review.
Perhaps you could update here if/when support is restored to full working order.

Another question, if I can, for the updated review - in particular, this section:
"One small niggle for non-US players. Whilst SlotoCash Casino do offer a couple of Progressive Jackpot Games, they're not available for UK and euro players. Not yet, at least."
Are the progressive games still US only or can UK players take part now?

Yes we will let you know.
Also you might want to add to your review that we now offer Visa and American express as US depositing methods and Wire transfer for withdrawals.
