Still waiting for my february earnings (solved)

Hi,

I have still not received my march payment for februar earnings. My AM does not answer via skype (first contact was ten days ago) and the affutd email support only sent me an email that my request has been forwarded to the relevant department. But I have not received an answer too, let alone my money as it is still "outstanding payment" in affiliate backend.

Been waiting patiently, but now it´s April and I have still not received any answer.... So please get in contact to solve this issue...

HelloIda, do you have information when your financial department start payouts in April?

I am sorry that I bothered you, you are probably very busy that you can not reply to my message, or you are not an employee Affutd? This is a real lack of respect to your partners, you find it difficult to specify the information regarding payouts to get "thanks" from users.

Hi fuel1986,

payments go out in a few cycles every month, usually every weekend after the 7th of the month.

I believe you should be paid this weekend, and recieve the money soon depending on your payment method

if you don't get the payment by early next week feel free to email me personally with your ID with us and I'll look into it for you. You can feel free to email me anyway.

"Few cycles" means few week-ends? Or it becomes a tradition of Affiliate United: payments delays every month? I was promised to receive my payment that weekend and got nothing, again.

He means, afther the 7th, we pay every weekend 1x. So, if u didnt recive it on 14 April just wait another 7 days untill 21 April and if u didnt recive on 21 come here and complain then we take a day of 14 again to solve your issue.

Affutd is paying sinds Nov 2013 every month late. Every time someone complains they blame NRF for issues. A lot of affiliates started promoting you because you always paid on time and this days because you have become a large company you think you can do what ever you want. You better take a lesson from what happend with EP group!

gok, I know you personally get VERY close treatment from your AM and his team leader whenever you have an issue, it's interesting how you never share this on the forum.
Bottom line, we do not force anyone to promote us...
The ones who do choose to promote us, know why they're doing it, and they all get treated and paid well.
If there are issues (something that does happen with ALL systems and operators) they are always solved, even if takes some time.
