Hello Moonlight Cat,

I don't know if you have a Yahoo email address, but there were obviously some technical problems with emails coming from the finance department this week.

Statements were sent out last Thursday. We didn't received our statement too on Thursday, but our wonderful affiliate manager Susanne let sent by the finance department a copy of the statement to her, and then she forwarded the copy to us. On this way it works very well.

So I suggest to contact your affiliate manager and ask her/him to do the same.

If you have received (a copy of) your statement (on this way), please give me a short note here in this tread.

Can you please look into why I have never had one even though I have been paid plenty by you
