Default Sportingbet Refusing To Pay My Commision

I have been promoting Sportingbet on one of my smaller websites for a fairly long time. I had a look at my affiliate account and currently they owe me ?71

There is no option to withdraw, so I contacted the affiliate manager in December 2018. He said, "they are in the process of upgrading the affiliate platform and all shall be completed by Feb 2019", which will then allow for easier withdrawals better reporting etc. (Nothing has changed still old crappy platform)
He also said he will put in a "word for me" to see if he can get some money withdrawn for me.

Long story short my Sportingbet affiliate account commission has been slowly building up from ?00 month by month currently standing on ?71. I would like to withdraw this money because I no longer want to be associated with them / Sportingbet.

    QUESTION (PLEASE HELP)
What can I do to get my commission / money?
Does anyone perhaps have a proper person I can contact, because my current affiliate manager is *** bad.
Are they legally obligated to pay this money / commission? It is not a lot of money, but I know of several other people who are facing the same problem and im thinking lawsuit! Just out of principle what they are currently doing is nothing short of stealing.

    TERMS & CONDITIONS

In case you were wondering my agreement states as soon as the commission rate reaches 200GBP you can request a withdrawal to player account. I have requested this several times and simply get ignored or get some crappy excuse.

    ANY advise / help appreciated.

(IF YOU NEED MORE INFO PLEASE ASK)

Edit: Am I allowed to post the email(s) from the affiliate manager with his false promises / misinformation on here?

    Much Appreciated.

I honestly feel your pain, but it isn't too late yet - they may acually pay you.

To answer your question, in Australia we could go to small claims court in order to get the business to pay you what you are rightly entitled to. This may cost more in legal fees than you would recieve as I am not sure how courts work in your country.

I wouldn't recommend posting private conversations here for various reasons, foremost in my mind is that it would do nothing beneficial.

You must understand that a lot of affiliates have been in the same position as you have, and it really sucks. Sorry that I can't be of more help right now, but the good thing is that unless you've broken any terms or conditions (which I am not suggesting you have, btw) you have a chance of getting paid what you are owed. Perhaps others on the forum can help you further.

Sorry to hear. Try this Skype ID: sportingbet.skype

    You
should get an answer (and quickly) from this affiliate manager who is located in Great Britain. What has our industry come to? We shouldn’t have to put up with this sort of thing.

Read the first post as he clearly stated he contacted them.
There is no option to withdraw, so I contacted the affiliate manager in December 2018.

It's a shame... these small amounts are grouping to big amounts and this is what most frustrating.

This is a total disgrace. Mutiply you commission not paid by 100 and you will get the whole picture of Sportingbet "business".

You see guys small amount + small amount, funny I just responded in this post and I got an email that our commission on Flip affiliates which was recently close "just like that" along with Fable brands (which by the way will stay live) is not going to be paid since as Duncan said "it's not their policy to pay commission under 100 EUR"..
The commission is 90€, small amount I agree but they refuse to pay it even when they are closing and they refuse to pay it for many affiliates... just like that !

This is a pure stealing, I mean if the are active so it's fine it can move to the next month but when they close and refuse to pay they break their one terms by not paying the commission they promise.

Small amount + small amount and affiliates lose big amounts and these fraud companies make profit on our back!

Hi, have you received the money? I had similar situation with one of my sportsbook websites, commission wasnt paid for several months and it was very difficult to find an affiliate manager. Eventually I did it during the LAC this February, and the guy helped me to get the money.
If you want, I can share his contact, and maybe he can help you too. DM if needed.
