Is there still a affiliate team at Coral? If yes it would be great if someone could be in touch with us after weeks.

I did that with two contacts (old and new) at Ladbrokes and nothing in over a week. Funny enough if I was after promotional info i get contacted within a day.

He was helpful at the start, now blanking me on skype. Got another email today saying Coral contract not signed (sent in ages ago and got AM's confirmation!) Hopeless.

I got the last call email today and basically told them to do one. Homer introduced himself a couple of months ago sent ID bollox and all that. Then get this email. Screw em!!!!

Closing 100s of affiliate accounts, enforcing bad contracts & then zeroing commissions after they have been agreed, missing stats, ignoring emails . . . and still you'll find some affiliates defending them - turkeys voting for christmas.

We're talking here about one of the biggest gambling companies in the world, not about a 13-year-old kid on the street making a website for the local darts team...

Companies of the size of Ladbrokes-Coral should organize this properly and not make a mess like this.

I signed a contract long time ago. The last time they sent that email to me they zeroed my commissions for 9 days and all stats and referrals were lost, they claim not to be able to re-import those stats, which as we know is rubbish on an Income Access system. So looks like they will either close or zero my account for a second time after contracts were signed. Can't send them any traffic until they get their act together ie: maybe never.

I sent Neil an email yesterday and also sent a message via Income Access, but no reply as of yet from either of them. They do seem to have gone downhill since the merger. Fingers crossed they will reply to emails at some point, but who knows.
