Site Down Question ?
HI Everyone,
Hope you are well.
So recently RTG did some upgrades and whenever they do this it effects our affiliate site and in "some places" the site goes down and people cant seem to access the website ?
Has anyone experienced this issue before in the last few days in particular - I only knwo of one affiliate thus far so am trying to gather feedback ?
Not if you cant login because your details are incorrect.
Again I would like to Apologize if this effected many of you but it shouldn't not have and was intermittent .
I tested all 3 sites and was able to Login fine .
AGAIN I AM NOT A LAZY AFFILIATE MANAGER - if you ever have any issues getting into our site for whatever reason and require Links, Banners , reports whatever please just email me and ask and I will gladly assist you with this and get you what you need . Our system has it flaws its not perfect like most humans it has some bad days but mostly good ones.
I would rather save any affiliates from frustration and possible fits of uncalled for Rage so please justt ask us for assistance if ever you need ti this is why we are here and why we get paid.
Thanks for your Assistance and Here is to the Future ..

I can never login if the cookies are not cleared, so i use a incognito browser. to bypass this. seems to be the same for all RTG sites with the same layout

I NEVER clear cookies, and NEVER have any issues logging in to MOST RTG Casinos whether they use a custom front end or the standard out-of-the-box front end system.
Offering to provide banners or links is great, however, most affiliates when working on a site and wanting to put up a link for your group,...needs it NOW (while they are working) not a few hours from then....although I commend you for being willing to do that, and in fact will state that providing me the banners and creatives in advance was a HUGE help to me personally.

Ironically, any time a person has trouble logging in to a bank or any other retail or utility based website, the tech's will almost ALWAYS recommend clearing cookies, which I personally do not do. I will however try the same login on thre or forur or five different computers or even from different ip adresses or different browsers, or different operating systems to prove the cookie is not the issue. It is VERY rare for it ever to be the fault of the cookie. (except in the case of geo-targeting)
