Serious tracking issue

I have emailed about this wirth no response. YOUR links are not tracking. I am showing a WHOPPING 2 clicks for the whole month , no other aff program I am with is below 200, including the other TG sites, what gives?

I need you to address this issue.

Seems my links track properly - 16 clicks, 5 downloads.

Hi Tony,
I did not receive any email from you stating there is a problem neither did Patrick, otherwise we would check right away, we're very responsive on these issues, as it seems the clicks counting was problematic due to pixel problems but this was fixed already by now I would also mention however that signups / downloads / players is of course counting with no problem with the tracking, if you want, you can grab a new tracking code from the system.

they probably went into your spam folder. LOL

I will be updating links and see if that corrects the problem. TY
