Romepartners removed earnings from my stats

I checked today and noticed earnings for Rome are removed I can also not select banners etc.

The problem was simply that your contract expired. It has now been updated and no funds were lost. I will send you instructions on how to prevent this from happening again.

stats for Rome are only available for this month but NOT for the previous months so my question remains basically the same.

Because the affiliate should at least try to resolve an issue with his aff manager before discussing it on forum. That is what aff managers are for.

I kinda expected this answer, keep the money if you can not handle it by forwarding my email (that included my accountname) to "jodi".....too much to ask ?......Jeez......

update:

Contacted Jodi and I have been promised I will get paid for the remaining balance.
My contract expired and thats why there is missing data for Rome in my stats, there are investigating it now.

however they are willing to pay, my contracts for both brands have been on 20% but their standard rate is 25% according to their website and GPWa, will have to ask Jodi again why.

will let you know what happens next.
