[QUOTE=7Red;760464]Thank you for posting that Redbush.

You are right. We do apologize for not checking all information thoroughly.

I would also like to apologize personally to the OP whom I called "a troll" when he wrote a post with no basis about us not paying depositing players.

If deposits were made we would have refunded those. No doubt. That is not the case here and we did not take anyone's money.

I did my best to help and explain several times. All I received back on this thread were spiting posts from people who did not fully understand the situation or were just seeking blood.

Every time relevant posts were made I replied to those.

To try and clear things up one more time:

Romania is a declined country only on RedSlots. Not all our brands.

Romania is declined country now, not when i register on 30 may .

We decided to stop accepting Romanian players due to an excessive abuse on our bonus system. Not because one player got a lucky round with free money he shouldn't have received (but did unfortunately!)

So when i registered you accepted ROMANIANS.I received corectly free money because from terms and conditions was not stated that just some contries alowed for free money !

It is a fact that the player received free money but that occurred in contrast with our ToS at that point of time which stated a list of countries that are eligible for that no-deposit bonus.

Second time you lie here.At that time in your terms and conditions was stated just: We offer a €3 free registration bonus. This was changed later to 20 june with: We offer a free registration bonus as per outlined below:
€3: Customers registered in UK, Canada, Australia, Ireland, France, Italy, Spain, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, South Africa, Venezuela.

Romanian players living abroad can register as we only ban Romanian IPs. This is our decision (whether you think it's reasonable or not) and our way to deal with the abuse.

You are clearly making an abuse here and not paying my winnings! because:

When registering on 30 May to your site Romanians where alowed to play. The 3 euro bonus was issued on 3 June.On 11 June my documents were verified but my withdrawal denied, and on 16 june received a mail : Indeed that means that you withdrawal has been processed. You should receive the money onto your bank account Wednesday at the latest.

Why? Because nobody Knows at 16 june that Romania was a declined country!

    You should pay me!

Romania was not a declined country when you registered but at the same time Romania was not a part of the countries eligible for the no-deposit bonus.

I asked you for a screenshot that indicates otherwise. You said you do not have that even though this information was on our ToS.

I tried to help you as much as I could! I have put a lot of time discussing with our support and asked you for the screenshots that would help in this situation.

I am dealing with affiliates and not players. Not sure what else I can do for you at this point. Please try working it out with our support as my hands are tied.

    Best Regards,
    Michael.

"I am dealing with affiliates and not players."

Then you should participate in a training course to do your job better, because a casino affiliate program is nothing without a casino. It's a symbiosis.

If you are not trained well enough to deal with players, then you must hire a person who is trained well enough and give her/him a chair in the office near to your desk.

It would be the same if the lifeguard says: "I am only responsible for the non-swimmers pool. Leave me alone. I will take a nap in my cabin now."

I personally had a bad experience when I had an exclusive bonus code for 5 free (on an AU targeting website) taken and posted on a Romanian forum and was abused by dozens of players over a few hours and in the next couple of days a few hundreds went to the casino asking for it even though the bonus code was blocked by the casino a few hours after I have launched the campaign.

Regardless of my own "Romanian incident", I don't think the markting Director of 777affiliates should be called a lair when he is forced to explain something that is totally out of his jurisdiction on an affiliate forum (And no, I'm not just saying that because i just started a campaign with them, but because it is my opinion)

    Cheers

While I agree that an affiliate manager should not be accused of being a liar, I also feel that affiliate managers should not be so quick to cast off player issues and should be a little more sensitive to them. Even if they only act as a liaison to help get the players connected to and talking to the right people, they should keep remembering that both affiliate issues and player issues WILL affect the affiliate program's bottom lines.

In this case it does appear that Michael was trying to help, but the player may not have provided enough information to come up with a resolution.
