    hmmm, bank transfer hasn't turned up from Paddies and all due payments are still listed as open in the account. Emailed Luke but got an automatic reply saying out of office

    From what I've seen, they do not update that payment status til right around the end of the month (though to be fair, it is towards the end of the month).

    haha, well i knew that some payments would be hitting today, the majority I think but that there are likely to be some that hit Monday, maybe even Tuesday am so I wasn't going to risk crowing about it!

    Hi All,

    Interesting thread. I certainly am a big fan in believing and actually being able to deliver what you are promoting at conferences.

    Payments are processed between the 10th - 15th or every month but we always aim to deliver as earliest as possible. basically the first working day of the following month, End of month begins and normally takes about 2 -3 days to complete all reporting and verification processes. Once final reports are in hand they get sent to finance for further processing and final completion.

    We have never to date experienced any delays with our affiliate payments and the only reason I can think of that this would happen is in the event of technical difficulties that would be beyond our control.

    During the conference we were delayed in sending out mails mainly because my team and I were at the show but payments went ahead as per normal.

    Apart from being committed to delivering timely payments, I like to promote the fact that we go beyond by trying to process payments before the deadline. However, it is important that we stick to what we are advertising. Loyalty goes both ways in my books!

    Rebecca, thank you very much for chiming in. It is great to hear and see programs walk the walk that matches the talk! We are strongly considering branching out into more than "just" bingo sometime in the second half of the year, so we will certainly be in touch later on in the year.
