My lucid diary readers cannot wait.
I give you time until Wednesday next week to decide, what you will do now with that quota.
The result will be crystal clear:
    Liqueur or lashes.
    Pralines or pain.

    Prime or nothing.

its august we will have an internal discussion by the end of the month. Having said that I think I got the idea on how most of you see the situation and I will pursue a solution that will be better for everyone. I do understand that lowering the RS is not a good option and we will have more conversation with the affiliate. More time is also a must cause 3 months is too little to make a decision.

i will bounce back soon with an answer

    cheers

This stinks of fuzzy math and deception.

At no point in time should a player who is brought in at 25% rev share be reduced. That player was brought in with good faith and under the agreed upon terms. If your group wishes to reduce to 10% or 2.5% or whatever, it should be on future players only - not on players already brought in.

If you're looking to "motivate" a webmaster to be "more active", try increasing the rev share for the month on new players.

If this is confusing in any way, during "internal discussions" ask each member of the "internal discussion" to think of two scenarios:

Scenario 1 - Each member will receive 10% of their monthly salary and instead of working Sunday through Thursday from 8am to 4pm, you expect that they work from 8am to 10pm each day. You will measure each member's productivity based on how many new affiliates they bring in. You tell them that this is because last month, they sent out 10,000 cold emails and based on the responses and new contracts, they were a bit too inactive for your liking. Thus, in order to "motivate them", you expect more results with less reward to them.

Scenario 2 - Each member will receive a bonus payment in addition to their monthly salary if they increase the number of hours in the Sunday through Thursday work week. You encourage them to turn cold leads into warm leads and you will even be receptive to offering each person the ability to create a special deal to attract and retain new affiliates that they can offer in order to "warm up" the lead they are attempting to contact. If the member puts in 2 extra hours per day in establishing leads and he/she signs up more new affiliates than last month, they will trigger the bonus, which will be paid in cash and in addition to their salary.

Which of those two scenarios will generate more results and prove to be the more profitable of the two moves? Which will provide for happier employees and for better relationships? Which will produce more warm leads?

Clearly, the Affiliate Manager 101 training manual needs updated.

Must be one of the shortest internal discussions ever;"He guys seems that 2.10 in our T&C is not really friendly towards our appreciated partners, who is in favor of skipping? I see, unanimous in favor, good done!"

    Simple.

    it's simple,very simple.

Dont work with idiots, fraudsters,or brands like prime partners with the legit rule to scam.
No second chance on this market...play fair,or lose and cry.

    Regards,

I must say Aviv seems an honest guy to me. I hope he has found a better program to work for, because Prime Partners is not the best program on the net.

    hi all,

sorry for being a bit late on this issue, we have had a few conversations internally over the issue and i brought all the above comments to the table. we will update our T&C to be 12 months in-activity and that the affiliate will get a warning at month 9 asking him to contact us. we think its fair that partnership will end after 12 months of in-activity. and that the RS will drop to 10% of original deal as this is industry standard. once he becomes active again he will return to his previous deal.

it will take us couple of weeks to update the T&C. if any affiliate here was effected the by the 3 months rule he may contact his account manager and get this settled.

prime partners is a veteran program for many years , we always had decent online casino products and we are honest and as transparent as possible. i am trying always to employee the best account manager the industry has to offer and this how it was for all the years. i hope the service you are getting and response time are decent and good.

just FYI my name is Aviv and we had another account manager named Aviv that is leaving this week for a new adventure, I am managing the company and took the liberty to follow up on the forums while people were in vacation during august.

for any matter please feel free to contact me via email

"the RS will drop to 10% of original deal as this is industry standard" not sure which industry you come from....?!?!

    ps.
if you want to work according to "industry standards" you might work harder on your conversion... it is way BELOW industry standard....
