    Default Player concern for Bingovega

I would like to share my problems with Bingovega to hopefully help someone else. Today is December 23, 2011. Two days before Christmas. I won on October 23, 2011 and have been getting the run around ever since. After numerous attempts to deposit my winnings into my bank account, they finally sent me a check through fed x. Not only was it for less than the amount i won, but this check couldnt be cashed anywhere. I finally deposited it in my bank account, because thats what the site said to do. A day after i deposited it, the funds were available. I was grateful to finally have it, especially a few day before the holiday. I payed some bills and did some shopping. At one store, my card was declined. I called the bank only to find out that the check was returned because it's fraudulent. So not only was my account negative now, but it also used up all the money I had in there from my paycheck. So now, two days before xmas, I have NEGATIVE money in my account. After all the thousanths I've put into this site, I cannont believe I'm dealing with this as well. I'm extrememly upset. This is not right. If they have the capability to take my money to play, they should have the capibility to pay out when someone wins. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. I guess i have to just deal with it.

The above two messages were posted in a different thread about the program that had been concluded.

I really feel bad for tinky, I sure hope they clear this up for her. I too did 2 cashouts over the holidays and both declined saying I didn't wager enough. On one of the withdraws that were declined I do feel I wagered enough. I slotted 4 hours with mostly 22.50 bets . If they didnt have money to pay you I guess they had no choice than to decline mine.It is a shame for that site. they have great GM's and great players and could really do good if they didn't ripe players off wit high wagering and they keep changing the wagering with their promotions. Why play there if they make it impossible to cash out. Good luck Tinky

    Hi BingoGirl,

Please PM your BingoVega playerID to me and I will look into your complaint about the declined withdrawal due to the bonus wagering requirement not being met.

Also, please understand that your complaint is in no way connected or a result of what happened with tinky6233. Her check bounced due to a processor issue but it has been resolved and she is happy with the actions that were taken by the accounting dept. We have asked her to post an update on this thread as confirmation once she receives the funds, which will be later on this week.

    Kind Regards,

    Fredrik

    Thumbs down

Mr Fredrick and Chris claim my issue is being taken care of, Well it has been months now and I still have not been told why my cash out was declined. I was told I has to wager 12k for a 25.00 deposit. Look Vega, you cheated me enough just with all those house players alone was more than one could handle. Your sis will never be a loyal site. This sie needs to be shut down. Why is any one helping then to keep stealing hadr working players money. Will someone please answer that?

Why is Bingo Vega still allowed to be open. They have never replied to Richard and they have never paid back any of the money they stole using house players. It has been months since my cash out was refused and never heard a thing on that either. Why is a cheating site who claimed they were going to change and never did still allowed to be open? Can someone please answer that question. We players are tired of watching Vega site back and steal our money we work hard for,

    Thank you

Hi BingoGirl. You raised two concerns and I want to make sure both are being addressed.

The first concern you raised is an individual one with your account. From the above posts, it sounds as though Richard from Bingo Players Union was helping work on this, and that both Fredrik and Chris from BingoVega were also following up. Then there seems to be a gap in time, and then another post about it from you but without much detail about what followup work Richard, Fredrik, and Chris had done and what - if anything - was requested of them that they had not done. In order to follow up to try to get this addressed, the specifics would be helpful. What did Richard, Fredrik, and Chris say when you had them look into it? What reasons did they give for where things currently stand?

The second concern you raised is the historical issue where house players were used years ago. The site has owed up to this bad history and is working with us behind the scenes to . This is a serious issue, and they know it is serious. They know they can't change the past but can take steps to correct for the harms and to put procedures in place to make sure it is never repeated. The archival research is a very intensive process if intended to be done thoroughly, and they are currently being cooperative in this process. So even though I've been quite on the work they are doing because of the stage it is in currently, please know they are doing work on this.

    Hi CityGuard:
Yes! I was involved with Bingo Girls Issue with Chris and Fredrik, but was also involved in another major issue with BingoVega. That issue is presented in another thread in this forum. Cindy’s issue was never really resolved because Chris and Fredrik quit working with me an ignored my communications.
Her issue involved rollover! It seems that since Bingo Vega went so-called honest they also increased their play through requirements to the highest level I have ever seen since I have been involved with online Bingo.

I know for a fact that Bingo Vega has been involved in Fixing Tournaments and using prop (fake player) accounts since at least 2005. That is a tad to much to just let go because it happened in the past. You had games for 7 years where half the players playing were prop accounts set up by management. The amount of money that these prop accounts stole from their players , over this period of time, is staggering.

I have some personal family time schedules and will be back April 10. I do believe that you and I need to get together, skype, cell phone or face to face and discuss this whole issue in depth. In the past the damage was confined to Bingo Vega. But it was the Yates family (Bingo Vega) that also acquired Bigtime Bingo, Palace Bingo and online Bingo. I’m not willing to take the chance, based on past performances, that Mike Yates (owner) will not resume his fraudulent activities on an even larger scale are you?.

How can Bingovega ever be a honest site? They have a bad addiction to cheating and using house players and they do not know how to quit cheating. Plus Fredrick does not care about his players. he only cares about counting the money he is robbing from honest players. Someone needs to put a stop to all this. He has houseplayers at all his sites, He lives high and mightyoff our money in USA .Stop donating to his site

I appreciate that you've come back to the thread to post more. If you're interested in a specific issue and getting this resolved, it would be helpful if you could give specifics because it is hard to help you without hearing this information.

Bingo Vega has been cooperative in resolving each issue I have brought to them. All of the known issues were historical, but I believe their track record of resolving historical issues I have brought to them is a good sign that they would address any more recent issue you may have as well. It is just tough to help out without specifics.

How can you even begin to say they have a good track record. Are you saying it is ok for them to keep the money they cheated us out of using houseplayers. I want money back. That is the honest thing to do.They do not need a pt on the back and say that was ok.

As I've noted, they have been cooperative in resolving each and every issue I have brought to them. Specifically, they addressed affiliate and player issues prior to our allowing them to join as sponsors, they are actively working on addressing the historical use of house players, and they have expressed a desire to hear from me if there are any other issues they can address.

But I'm not trying to apologize for historical issues or what you personally have experienced. What I am trying to do is understand what you have personally experienced so that I can work with them to address it.

I am here to try to help you get it resolved, if you are interested in getting it resolved. It feels like I keep asking for the information needed to help you, and you keep replying in a way that seems to be refusing help. I have received information from the program about their understanding of your situation, and I feel that I need to hear your side of it in order to make progress.

From the program's understanding, you claimed a bonus that had a wagering requirement. You then requested a withdrawal including bonus funds before meeting the wagering requirements that you'd agreed to, and in response to the request you were told the remaining amount of playthrough needed to meet the agreed conditions. As far as I understand, the funds are still in the account. I would like to know if this understanding of the situation is accurate, and if not, what happened in your view.

It's that Bold part that concerns me! Where is the players refunds this program promised? As usual! They made promises to GPWA that they clearly did not keep. So why is no one holding their feet to the fire? Is this all coming down to sponsor fees?

Here is a copy of the latest complaint we will be presenting to BTR to resolve.
Thank you I finally found someone that will listen. Well I deposited $50 at Bingo Palace and right away on my money hit over a thousand dollars on their keno. That was in January. I requested a payout of 500 one week and the other 500 the next week. Both of my withdrawl's were approved, but never got my money. I have all their emails. They had told me that back in Dec there was a glitch with their payout processor, and they had a back log but for me to be patient that once its fixed I would get my money. It is now April and still no money. However last Thursday they sent me an update said the issue was fixed and they were caught up on their backlog and I would be getting my pickup info soon. So it's been a week and still waiting. I did not believe they had some issues in payouts because I went into one of their bingo rooms and asked has anyone been having problems getting payouts and a couple people said that they were a little slow but yes they were getting their money. Now when i did that was a few months ago. Also I was inquiring about once a week to get updates with accounting and they actually got mad at me and told me that if I didnt behave myself that that would abide by their rules and regulations and not respond to me anymore either through email or tickets.. SO i shut up and waited to hear from them. I have played at another site for years and never had a payout problem always got my money on time. I went to your forum but cant figure out how to post there. I am beyond angry now because I think they are cheats and liars, my wife said they probably wont pay me. I dont know what to do, any suggestions? Thanks

Sadly, out of sight, out of mind. And all the while, not one public comment from the program who has lurked on threads about them on more than one occasion.
