Well I've tried several times to get Georgia and Ben to respond to this complaint through email and PM but since neither one want to get back to me on this issue I'll just post it here. Let me know when you want to help get this resolved ~ Rick

hi on i think it was 28.10.17 i played bingo for money and won about 1000 dollars . i was delighted but soon was told by grayson i think that because that was bonus money id won with i wasnt entitled to it. so i deposited 30.00 nz dollars via my partnrs debit card to which i informed them that i did not own my own credit or debit card . they did not have a issue with that at the time or i would nothave deposiited . i ended up winning 3500.00 and was over joyed. i spoke to a staff memeber who informed me i had to wager 350.00 of the 3500.00 but the rest of the balance was mine to withdraw... after i had wagered the 350.00 i once again spoke to grayson i believe and yes the 3150.00 was all mine. all i had to do was send my licence and other i.d in .. i was so happy . then about 4 hours later due to my horror wen i went back into my account it came up account suspended contact live support. which i did. the staff member told me to log in again but this time i was completley blocked. i have emailed them at least 10 times and sent all forms in. they have not responsed at all. i have live tickets to prove my case.. please help
