    Default people forget passwords

    Just wanted to let you know that people do forget passwords and do have numerous emails in which they use for different programs.

    The fact that I not only have to remember my secret answer but also remember the secret question is just dumb. The idea is you tell me the secret question I chose when I signed up and I answer it. How am I suppose to remember the question and the answer?
