Payment problems with Rome

So what day you guys pay? Is it the 15th or the 20th?

I have been told in a email dated the 14th that Rome paid affiliates on the 20th and read that is said the 20th in your T&C's on the same day.

But today I note that you have changed your T&C's in the last few days to show a payment date of the 15th instead of the 20th.

Now while I appreciate the pay date being moved up... The idea you changed your T&C's without notice is rather disturbing.

Not to mention that it looks to me like an effort to avoid making affiliate payments you owe. I can hear it now...

"Oh sorry but you missed the payday on the 15th... you'll have to wait till next month to get paid."

Iam actually waiting for payment since June, now i would like to know if i am the only one or not? And yes the change of T&Cs is rather disturbing.

I always back up JC but business is business as JC say all the time so where is my payment due for my commission, as with July and June added you are nearly looking at $9.000

I now have a promise of payment from Rome's Management, as of yesterday.

Should have the payment any day now.. will advise.

I too have been waiting for a payment, talked to aff mgr Jodi, and was told payment would be soon, then she asked if I could send more players?
This is my first payment due with Rome so I have no history, does anyone else have history with these guys?
I do have to admit, I am getting Real concerned over this after reading this thread.

Hi Guys,

Just received a great news from Josh C, seems a misunderstanding occurred with Rome Partners and we will get pay by latest the 10th of September. We are actually happy of this outcome as Rome been converting very well so far in the US, will keep you guys posted as soon as payment has been received.

I got paid...
But it was a huge hassle.
If I have to threaten a program to get paid... I won't work with them ever again.

Rome's page here in GPWA still shows no payment history at all.
When I get paid I will add it to payments received.

Nope..still waiting, today was a holiday so we'll see if it comes tomorrow although I will add I've received three others from other companies and also sent one myself and it took max 3 days...so not sure whats going on

How can we get Rome Partners to respond or comment on these tardy payments?
According to GPWA page on Rome, they have never paid anyone, is this true?

I have yet to earn any money there so I am not waiting for any payments, but I am not so sure I want to keep them on my sites anymore....they are starting to get quite a name for themselves and not in the right way either...

Just to update Gabriel sent payment today and was pretty helpful in making sure that I did receive it.

I think its pretty safe to assume that they are having cash flow issues with the lack of response here and the numerous affiliates they owe money to. I guess it would be asking too much to expect a courtesy email keeping us in the loop with our hard earned money that we are all counting on. I guess it's what I have come to expect from this program nowadays. Still waiting for July and now August. Sighhhhhhh

Part of the agreement I had to make with Rome to get paid that was that I would not talk or write bad things about them, so I won't discuss Rome directly....

However, I do have some general advice on getting paid by by these types of aff programs as this is not the first time I have had to deal with a program that would not pay.

The one tool all of us have is the power of our sites... we can convert players, But we can also warn players and other affiliates to stay away from crooks...

Every good casino review site should have a casino blacklist and not be afraid to post negative reviews or comments about bad casinos or aff programs.

If you don't get paid chances are perdy good others are getting ripped off by the same outfit... So don't be afraid to put up a page or two blacklisting an aff program or casino. Also don't be afraid to post in many different gambling forums about not being paid.

It seems that the seals are FOR SALE

And it seems the forums and sites are only about getting $$ from Spnsors, not organizations for webmasters and affiliates.

My opinion, based on what I see on sites.

LOL... Sorry, I had to laugh. Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't think there is 'seal' out there that is not for sale... one way or another.

Still no response to emails or tickets.

Still no payment for July.
