Payment Problems

I still haven’t gotten paid! I’ve sent email after email and no answer. The emails haven’t bounced so I know they got them. They also lock my affiliate account. I asked them to unlock and haven’t got an answer. Any suggestions?

I used the email and received no answer. I sent it on Monday. I also sent them email using [email protected]. Noanswer!

I used the email and no response. I also used the email that fssttrack put in their post. I didn't get any bounce back so I assume they received both messages.

I sent him an email today. He has been looking into the payment for week now.So far he hasn't showed me a thing. And he doesn't answer his email.

Kind of annoying those brands that do have money for paying sponsorships fees, but don't pay their affiliates on time.

Been trying to get a simple password reset done for RB affs for a month now. Email sent to SRV, hoping at least this person is in the building at FTA as it seems for the rest there is nobody home!!!

I have asked SRV several times to reset my password. They locked me out several weeks ago. SRV isn't home either

Guys, our new office IP will be whitelisted tomorrow and then we will be able to unlock all the accounts.

Really sorry but RTG was having issues whitelisting our IP.

We do appreciate the effort SRV, although sometimes we can get a bit "ratty" waiting if there is no response ...
I understand that there is nothing you can do if you need to wait for an Ip address to be whitelisted in order to gain access.

Looking forward to getting this access issue resolved and seeing all the payments made.
