AS Triple7 said is too offending not only for "small affiliates".

If you get one big roller in couple of months, you will reward your affiliate with the "generous" 15 % ?

Noone will make an effort for such a percentage ......

I agree, when you are starting out (smaller affiliate) a 15% rev share is not very attractive and personally think your strategy is wrong.

Not even that, if you don't refer at least one new depositor every month the commission for that month is 0%

It's offensive because you clearly don't understand what a small affiliate is or what challenges they have.

The first challenge is to get relevant traffic. Once they have that they can hopefully send some of that to a casino.

This traffic is valuable to a small affiliate while they are building their site and paying out out more money than they have coming in.

So to be offered a derisory amount of 15 % for this valuable traffic will neither encourage them to work with you or see you establish any sort of helpful relationship. They'll go elsewhere.

If you want to attract small affiliates and help them, offer them 75% commission for a few months, help get them up and running with a focus on where to send their traffic. When the money and FTD's is rolling in agree a reduction in the Rev share down to something manageable. That way you've helped an affiliate and you'll probably have him/her for life and you'll reap the benefits longer term.

EN, DE, RU, AR - this is not the asian market. 15% + Active Quota is absolutely strange idea. On EN, DE, RU - you may find are lot of program with 30%-45% without any active quotas. AM - is very small and poor market, that traditionally use RU casinos/sportsbooks.

May be your brand popular in Asia, but on DE, EN, RU, AM - this is absolutely no-name. So, why normal affiliate, without any mental health problems, must send DE, EN, RU, AM traffic for your no-name brand for 15%+ players active quotas?

If you really want affiliates of ALL sizes, just pay a fair revshare to any affiliate that sends payers that produce revenue.

Fine to offer a tier system that higher revenue numbers earn a higher commission, but start out by paying a more fair rate to start.

Lower revenue or even unproductive affiliates do not cost extra money, but the LACK OF affiliates does.

Tier systems based on # of players sent are less fair to smaller affiliates, besides the medium affiliates that can easily fall victim to a drop in new players at any time based on what some other company like Google decides any given month.

15 % is everything but sexy. But I think you got the message by now

If you want German traffic I would recommend to localise your website first, the current german website will for sure not convert at all. EG the term Handicap is translated to Behinderung, which means disability / beeing retarded. Same for most other Terms such as "Draw", "BTTS" or "Over/Under".

And as Moonlight Cat already pointed out, after that you hav to push the Rev share to minimum 35 % and get ridd of your active quota.

Just out of curiosity - since you advertised you have some of the best odds on the market: What is ur average bookmakers margin and what are the betting markets where you consider yourself a market leader?

The majority of programs don't want or don't understand that they must build partnerships with the affiliates and not treat them as a source of cheap traffic. 88Cashbet, are you one of them?

The picture you have posted describes the situation very impressive: just look at that poor and confused goldfish who thinks, or has been forced to think that it is a shark. How can a small goldfish become a shark? There is no way, they have totally different mentality and objectives.

Only a small shark can grow and become a big one and your job is to search and find those small sharks and help them grow. Instead of that, the majority of programs do the reverse: they squeeze the small affiliates, don't feed them and finally they die leaving the programs without food too.

Try to make true and long partnerships with affiliates, help them grow and they will help you grow and become big sharks too.

I believe that you should give all new affiliates who have registered with your program at least 25%-30% starting revenue share commission deals. This will work out much better for everyone involved. I know that most of the programs these days will give this percentage amount as part of their standard agreement and it’s much more appealing than just 15%.

@universal4 - I appreciate your opinion and do agree that, they have realized that they have taken at first the bad side of the coin.

There is another issue and a proposal with each anyone could agree - all the people who have participated in this thread and gave the answers sincerely and acording to their big experience, should receive 40 or 45 % RS as a start for some time - 6 months or 12 months.
We actually did the job of their marketing team and showed them up " how not to treat and work with affiliates ?".
If they just change the T&C and the RS % ( excluding small fish and other sea -food), this will not be a total change in the mentality.

Yes exactly, drifter8. If we look at a program like Casino Extreme for example, they offer their new affiliates who sign up through the GPWA a 50% commission for the first 3 months. That is something to consider. I wonder if they would also be willing to consider a mixed commission deal of both rev share and cpa.

Well I never said that 40 or 45% was necessary on the lower revenue tiers and I understand why some operators start lower then that, but the 15% stuff, too low for me to even consider it.
