Hello,

I'm emailing [email protected] for the last 10 days with no respond.
I have a lot of pending payments - am sooooooo frustrated from this level of service.

Can anyone please advise on how to proceed?

issue was resolved, the reply was in my spam.

I must say that I never had ANY issues with this program, that's why I was so surprised.

Same here. Joanna is gone and not getting any replies on any of the possible ways of contact. Tried email, their message system and Skype and there's nothing left. Are they still active with GPWA?
