Second Question: How can the numbers in the "Poker Rakes" and "Poker Net Gaming" column differ if the difference there isnīt caused by Bonus Deductions (as reflected in the "Bonus Amt" column)?

What might be the reason that the Click count is decreasing during the day in the stats? A Click is a Click, right?

Even so iīm really p***ed now - letīs try to end this in a quick and polite way:
The facts:
- my account has "minor technical problems" (i guess you prefer this term)
- this has been going on for nearly two years now
Please find someone at europartners to email me an excel sheet with this separate columns for every single Signup (RealMoneyPlayers PLUS PlayMoney Players; TimePeriod: AllTime):
* Player Username (RealMoneyPlayers PLUS PlayMoney Players)
* SignUp Date
* Name of the Tracker Profile under which the SignUp had been made
* Date of Last Activity
* Poker Bonus Amount
* Poker Rakes
* PokerTotal Net Gaming
