No payment with Netopartners (RESOLVED)

Hello, no payment since November 2020 with Netopartners (scratchmania, gratorama,...), I sent messages by email, skype, facebook, no answer. Does Netopartners no longer pay affiliates? Is it the same with you?

It is pretty strange, when a program which is broadly advertised, just stops paying. It more that a red light.

Maybe they are doing some re-branding.

I have decided long ago not to advertise them, I believe this was a good decision now.

Also there can be some change of the governing body of the company or some joint venture.

At least they have to show-up , pay and give some explanation..

Back in April 2020 you requested the closure of your account via email. (See below the email itself)
I would also want to mentioned that before your account closure request, you didn’t send a single user or click for more than 3 years, and I think we were more than "Fair" with you.

Today I have $4000 on my account Netopartners and you decide to close my account
You decided to delete my account just today (30 minutes ago) because I posted a message on this forum.

I have all the screenshots at my disposal.
I sent a message to your Skype account on January 20th, you told me that your affiliate manager was going to reply, he never did.
You never replied to my messages

You don't pay your affiliates, it's abusive behavior.
When we complain, you close the accounts. Congrats!

Is it "fair" not to pay your affiliates, Tatiana Kaplan or Assaf Rosenblum (or anyone else)?

You have never closed my account (you have never answered my email), you have never made my payment and you find it normal to close an account today because I report your scamming methods? Now you are annoyed, you know that I have all the evidence of your methods.

It's easy to pay to become a "gold sponsor" here, you have to pay yourself a reputation. It's a real shame to steal affiliates like this.

Affiliate, don't trust Netopartners, if you earn money, they will delete your account and never pay you !

I still haven't received my payment and Netopartners is not responding to any messages, as usual. It's a 5000 euros scam (and more, my players continue to spend their money on their sites Gratorama and ScratchMania)

We wish to update you that the issue was sorted and the affiliate will receive his commission in the upcoming week.

Guillaume ,We sincerely want to apologize about the way the issue was approached, you did send several massages and we didn't reply on time, and we could have sorted the matter earlier.

With that in mind, Guillaume didn't send a single registration for more than 5 years, he explicitly asked for the account to be closed more than a year ago and the payment was not made as he didn't make it into the 150 trash hold for more than a year.

Our affiliates are always in our mind and are our number 1 priority, we pay our partners millions of euros each month, every month!
This is an isolated incident that had to be resolved in a better way and earlier on, but definitely doesn't describe the way we work with our partners.

The title of the thread and the first post pretty much answers that question:
no payment since November 2020 with Netopartners

Based upon the response from NetoPartners, it appears there was some confusion on whether the account was open and I am confident we will be able to mark the case as resolved shortly.

Bingofr, please let us know when this is resolved so we may mark it accordingly.

Hi ! We reached an agreement with Netopartners, I received a bank transfer for some of my commissions. They told me that my account had been closed (following my request) and then reopened by mistake following the migration of their affiliate platform. The problem is solved now. Thank you for your help!
