    Default New NetRefer Dashboard

Anyone like the new dashboard? Only seen it on Paddy so far but I expect it's rolling through other programs before too long.

Call me old fashioned but I always found the most important bit of info to be the bread that I'd earned that month so far which seems to be a few clicks away. 'Switch To Old Version' seems to be the quickest option in that respect!

I only have it with one casino so far, new version hasn't come out yet elsewhere, unfortunately switch to old version won't work forever! Guess I will have to get used to it. It's mobile responsive now at least

Have they removed the 'customer report' report (the one that allows you to break down activity by player)? Can't seem to find it anywhere...

Go to campaigns -> reports -> customers, that report is identical to the old one from what I can see

    It's a pretty half-baked implementation.

1/ There is a requirement to accept (new?) T&Cs - but the link to the T&Cs doesn't work so you have to accept it blindly to continue.

2/ when you do find the reports some / most of them have a weird initial sort.
Eg. My Monthly earnings was sorted according to Revenue share rewards (smallest to largest) over the 7 year partnership.
Clicking on the month category (twice) got them sorted in a monthly order - with most recent at the top.

Earnings breakdowns is also reverse order (oldest first) so you need to resort.

3/ The Media Gallery does not have a product type filter.
eg. Cant get just sports banners. But they've made it easier by removing 90% of the banners.

Overall, whoever implemented these reports has put ZERO thought into how a user would access them.

That being said it's a modern layout - designed to work on mobiles / tablets - so a thumbs up for that.

Change of layout apart, has anyone actually made any money from Paddy Power in recent months? Call me neurotic but I am wondering if their mammoth level of deductions (that we sometimes saw accidentally) have got even worse. Would love to hear that someone has made serious money from them in any one of the last three months?

In the context of how much exposure they get with us, Paddy have done well in two of the last three months (relatively speaking). Last month, they underperformed - but the two months prior and this month, they've hit the high end of my expectations for them. In the interest of full disclosure, they do not get much exposure at all due to the inflated player fees and due to the unwillingness to pay across channels.

Average commissions at Paddy Power continue to trend downwards as mystery fees, charges and levies eat into net affiliate payouts.

Here is our trend there ...
    2012 - 2400 per month.
    2013 - 1800 per month.
    2014 - 1000 per month.
    2015 - 900 per month.

Last month (Dec 2015) was worth 1300 GBP

Just to refresh minds - when someone reported that fees were being reported online - I did a quick pull of 12 months data (Jun 2014 to May 2015) in the short time it was available.

This showed a gross revenue of 105,298 GBP, less fees and charges 90,067 to leave 15,231 net revenue.
That's right - fees and charges levied against the affiliate was a whopping 86% of the total profit!!

I attempted to discuss with their affiliate team - but while I got some help on the shop floor (AM contact) that was ended when their "Head of Affiliates" emailed saying this was too time consuming and they had more important things to do.

Clearly a discussion regarding the level of fees and exact nature of fees, and having transparency with their affiliate partners was not deemed a worthwhile task.

Sooooooo a little bit of stats research is too time consuming to answer some serious questions from (in my opinion) one of the most respected affiliates at the GPWA....and which could in reality affect traffic to the the tune of 100 grand going away in the future...

Not really a smart move in my opinion no matter how I look at it....and actually quite foolish on the part of Paddy.

That's ridiculous, I'm so glad I never bothered pushing them much.

i agree that new systems take time to get used to, and so far I can find the reports I usually look at... But what I dislike is when you log in and get faced with big red or big green circles (depending if negative or positive the day before) I find it annoying/distracting...

The switch to old version link has been well used by me!

Perhaps i'll just have to get used to it. But I don't think it's an improvement...maybe on mobile.

Is there anywhere on NetRefer where I can see my rev-share/cpa amounts?

Edit - Found it! It's under Rewards menu.

Does anyone know where you can provide feedback to Netrefer? There are loads of things that irritate me:
    1. Not having a section for HTML banners only 'Flash' - we're in 2016 Netrefer!!!
    2. Not having the size filter dynamic. If I want to see all banners available with a set width.. Netrefer lists ALL options even if the affiliate has not uploaded any of that size... tres annoying.
    3. the free search doesn't seem to work on the name?

Has ANYONE made money from PP commission in the last year or so? It looks really strange there are always negative also in light to what said by TheGooner. I think it is a serious thing as if they do that with all affiliates we could be talking millions....please feedback!

I saw all those deductions in our account. They are doing it to everyone, we are talking millions. It is theft.

We're seeing similar things, consistent negatives, I assume massive deductions are the route cause plus no cross-sell
