    Default my stats went from over 1k to 0 !!!

    Fix the stats guys, its starting to bug me. I go from 1k to 0 with no new players to 2 new players and zero earnings and rinse and repeat. I know I have earnings and I know you guys are gonna fix this issue before the end of the month right? Dont let me down !

    Sure seems like a lot of stat issues lately. I hope this issue is resolved quickly. Please keep us updated.

    I have the same problem, log in to find no reports coming up. I know I checked a few days ago and had players and earnings, now nothing.

    I know it is annoying but do not be afraid the stats are not lost simply the reports server is down (your links keep trakcing the players) , seen this several times.

    Just be patient : all your earnings will show after this weeked I am sure.

    Same issue here, i sent a bounch of mails, but they do not answer.. very nice support service!

    I spoke to Jorge today and he assured me that the stats were still running in the background and he is very sorry. He says we will all get paid on the 15th as promised.

    Default Stats in PSP

    Hello Everyone

    Jorge from PlayShare Partners here to give you an update in regards this matter.

    First we would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused during this period. We are aware of this issue and our IT department is working in a solution as we speak.

    At the same time I would like to highlight the fact that all the information related to tracking, players, revenue and commissions is safe and has not suffered any inconvenience during this period. All our systems are running smoothly but due to some changes implemented in our technology precisely in order to avoid this sort of issues in the future, we have experienced some headaches with our platform. This is just affecting the correct display of the information in PSP although all our systems are working as per usual in the background.

    Finally I would like to assure you that this won’t affect our next payment process that will be finalized around the 15<SUP>th</SUP> of this month as usual.

    Thanks to you all for your understanding and your patience, most appreciated.

    I checked your account and in did you are part of our affiliates. Your manager is Sacha who was appointed by PlayShare Partners to be part in LAC last week.

    I know for a fact that Sacha's email generates an automatic "out of the office reply" with details of how you can contact him. Also this is in display within the PSP platform once you login.

    Jorge i sent emails to all the staff, not only Sasha, the emails return back to me with an error, anyway thanks for the answer given to me and all guys here
