Riobet Affiliates is declared here on GPWA as a "no negative carryover" program.
Term check:
"7. Payment and terms of use of RioBet Affiliates Program

7.4 If an Affiliate's Revenue Share for a particular calendar month is negative, such negative amounts shall be carried forward to the subsequent month(s)."

The terms says, there is a negative carryover.
If this is not the case but the result of a human mistake or technical error, it would be very nice to correct the terms and conditions website.
