    It's not 6 a month, it's 6 over 3 months.

    Just FYI.

They can also change the plan if you "substantially reduce your efforts to promote their company" (whatever that concrete might mean). It's a bit vague. Could also happen when you lose a bit of your ranking.

Or if the reward plan results in a financial loss to the company. In theory(?), that could also mean when you're having winning players.

Was it Skybet that had that quota before they biffed everyone off?

I am writing here, because I dont know, what to do. I cooperate with Unibet - Kindred since 2005. I found thousand of players for them. Now it is not so easy to find new players - everybody knows it, because comissions are lifetime, so players are taken allready. But I am still promoting them on top positions. 2 weeks ago was not possible login to my affiliate account. If password forgot - there was a message, that "this service is for active members only ". Next day there was a message, that "Email address or username not found". I sent them cca 10 mails to all mail addresses, which I found, incl. Ryan Henderson address, but nobody never answered me. I called them to Stockholm, but there is a phone only to some reception desk, the girls are speking with me - "ok, thank you for calling, send us an email, we will forward your problem to some responsible person" - and that s all. I dont know, how they can treat their affiliates this way. I dont know, if my linkcodes are still active, or not. I dont know, how much is my comission this month. I dont know, if I am still their affiliate or not. Maybe they want not continue with me, but nobody never told me - ok, we finish. Really stupid situation. Has anybody similar experience - or any contact to Kindred, which is really communicating?

Yes, exactly the same here about two weeks ago. Try to retrieve password and get the same about inactive accounts. I've also signed up thousands to Kindred. Things went slack so they jumped at the chance to thieve their money. At least I can leave with a smile on my face, because they seriously over paid me.

I had the same thing happen this week (I don't log in there often) with the inactive message - I emailed them and they had netrefer unlock the account. I didn't get any explanation beyond that, or anything......I assumed it was a technical error? Hope it works out for you guys, but I wanted to at least report that I had communication and resolution with them on my end for the same problem.

    Hi,
thank you, so I have still the hope, that they will unlock my account. The problem is, that they dont communicate with me. Please, can you tell me, to which email you wrote them?
    Thank you.

It may be a Netrefer issue, the account gets locked after 3 failing attempts although you get no hint for that.... And this can happen easily with these frequent password changes... It happened to me with another program, when I tried to recover the password I got the same message that I'm not an "active member" but happily the staff was there to resolve it.

    Yes.

Kindred some years ago forced NCO retro-actively, now a quota. That doesn't give a very positive outlook.
