    They ask me in mails to promote them on a Belgian website and to meet in Amsterdam Affiliate Conference, not having the license and not even taking Belgian traffic.

    Do they check a website before they send a spam message?

    to clarify the misunderstanding and as provided in the email, we do not have the license until now, but as we are doing a market research and it will be published soon, we contacted you in order to speak about opportunities from the date the market is launched, so we can get everything setted.

    Bit more concrete please.

    Must admit it would be a real stunt as you have to be present landbased within the country with a bookmaker store and there's a new law coming basically outlawing online advertising. While a ban on tv advertising is not far away.

    Get dozens of this kind of mails claiming they have a valid license or it's coming soon, but none so far.
