Default Issues getting 1xbet to payout commission

    Hello,

First of all, I would like to say that I have already reached out to the support email (yes, the correct one - [email protected]).
Getting a response from that email address takes between 2 days and a week, so it is absolutely not a good way to get assistance.

3 Oct 2022 - sent a request update our payment information and to initiate our first withdrawal

Two days later received a response that everything is done and we can expect to get paid on the 11th Oct.
Checked out account info, saw that nothing was updated, so emailed them back asking why the changes are not visible.

5 Oct 2022 - Again, two days later received a response "Good afternoon, your account is being checked by the security service. It takes about 2-3 days. Please wait."

10 Oct 2022 - Still, nothing changed. Emailed them again - no response.

11 Oct 2022 - We were promised that payment is going to be processed - nothing. Emailed them again - again, no response.

There seems to be no other way to get in touch with the affiliate team, so here I am.

    they are bankrupt

they did a rip and run on everyone they owe money to - advertisers, and i guess affiliates.

i was surprised to see them still listed here.

Got some a completely random reply that they need some additional information, although after a week of silence and having to chase them myself. So safe to say that they wouldn't have bothered to follow up at all despite saying that everything is in order.
Probably going to wait another week to see another excuse, that is after I send multiple emails without getting any replies

Perhaps they had problems due to sanctions?

I've checked all the information regarding your situation. At the moment your account is being checked by our specialists. In case if they find out that you complete all the conditions, you'll receive the payment next week. The Partner Support Service has also provided you with the answer. Thus, I kindly ask you to follow the instruction and expect the end of the checkup

Yes, I actually do have a question.
So I was asked to add information to the player account that I am supposedly getting paid to.
As you can see, my affiliate account information has my country as "Estonia", which is where I am based.

On 1xbet there is no option to select Estonia, thus I have to select a random country and enter invalid details, without an option to even add a phone number.
Should I add made up information? Is this what is required?

Also, last time my account didn't pass the "check", nobody told me anything about that, until a week later when I reached out myself. Is this expected to not get any feedback in such a case or you can guarantee that I will get feedback after the three days that the support team told me it should take?

And ofc I have a question too: what is it?
Is 1xbet a broke company who is taking, like in a Ponzi scheme, money from here to pay someone there?
I do not unterstand how you can leave such a post without any comment.

Ofc, I understand, 1xBet has a kind of "i don't give a f*** on everybody" policy, but you guys ruin a actually nice product.

I just got contacted today by my former 1xbet AM.
Seems like he is changing employer but took the Skype details of the affiliates with him. Strange, or maybe not strange.

I just got invited to some PSG games by 1xbet, so I guess they are operational. I am sending them invoice now, my AM is communicating fast on Telegram (I advise anyone to use telegram especially if you have anything in common with CIS countries).

C'mon. The ones who promote them already do not care if they pay players. So if some of their shell companies is broke it does not matter as well.

It only matters if they are paying.

And it looks like, they are very picky who got his money, who not.
And yes, ofc, in such an operation probably dozens of shell companies are involved to trick the game providers, payment providers, players, affiliates, tax authorities and so on. Up to a certain point it is essential ... but it becomes annoying too!
I stopped to promoted them a year back or so, just because of the consistently changing trackers.
I'm her to make money not to work and checking trackers every week because they need to cloak here and there all the time, is def work.

They are changing trackers only for separate CIS account which is at least for me irrelevant, because I got there only 15% RS. But the main account is interesting. Yes, it is annoying to change the trackers.

    Dear Paul Echere,

    Thank you for waiting!

Could you please specify, have you contacted the Partner Support Service via email - [email protected] with your question regarding the matter with the player account? Also, I kindly ask you to clarify, did you receive the feedback on the situation with the verification of your partner account?

Looking forward to hearing from you soon!

    All the best,
    Ashley Clark

    Sure, I can specify.
Firstly, I have contacted them and, as usual, it took several days for them to respond to a rather simple query, but we can set that aside.
I have not received any feedback from them, same applies to pretty much everything I raised. Nevertheless, I saw that the "player" account where the money should be transferred to was "verified" (or whatever else was done) and the commission was transferred over there.

I already thought this is a happy ending, but I was too naive to think that way, of course it can't be like that. I now need to set up 2fa for my player account to actually withdraw commission, and you might think that's a simple thing, but I guess not here.
I am being asked to use Google auth app to set it up, I am doing that but the damn thing doesn't accept the code I enter from the auth app.
Could be because I am on VPN (as there is no other way I can access 1xbet), could be something else, at this point I don't really care.

All I want is to have a straightforward way to withdraw affiliate commission, I don't care about how secure that fake player account is. Can you please sort this out, I really don't feel like waiting for another week to get another unhelpful response from "affiliate support".

Right, so finally I managed to "protect" my player account, no idea why it didn't specifically accept auth codes from my phone, but I used my other phone and it worked. I requested a withdrawal and it actually reached my wallet, so seems to be all set now. I won't rate the whole thing myself, but anyone who stumbles on this thread in the future will be able to rate my (mby I was just unfortunate and for everyone else it's smooth sailing) experience.
