Hello Iam really going to be crazy !!! ,

following situation :

I saw in the last days in my stats that a registered Titan Bet Player is playing casino games
There is nothing new , because since years i have a Titan Bet Player who
occasionally is playing casino games ......

But since few days i see activity at "Casino Total wins" for this player , but the "Sport SG net gaming" is suddenly ever 0 $ !!! .

I ask my AM about this situation and get following mail as response :

Hi again,

As I said, you don't have sport side games and didn't have in the past.

Please confirm if you want me to add it from today.

I have looked into this and it seems that your previous Affiliate Manager had made a mistake and changed something within your account that he shouldn't have. We have corrected the mistake and are recalculating your account to include all sidegames and any money earned will be paid out in your next payment. I am very sorry for the inconvience and thank you for bringing this to our attention. If you have further question please speak with your current account manager who has been briefed on the situation and will be able to provide all details necessary.

Is that believable. An account manager making unauthorised changes on an affiliate account in order to reduce earnings.

Are there no inbuilt tools to restrict making unauthorised changes like this on the Playtech Affiliate system, i think there are.

Sounds like hogwash to me.

There certainly should be something to alert someone of changes. However, to be fair - how would management know if something was truly supposed to be "turned off".

Conspiracy aside, if the OP confirms that all earnings have been posted and payment received over the duration of the entire LIFETIME (going back to the moment this was disabled to present), I will be REALLY impressed.

What I would like to know is how many webmasters this kind of tactic by AMs at Euro partners this has affected. That is not really going to happen, you cant tell me that this is not a well used tactic that AMs at this place have used. I find it hard to believe that this would be an isolated case.
I would be really impressed by a statement from EuroPartners on how they are going to implement changes that will make this kind of thing impossible for AMs to do. It might be a bit harsh but i regard this as a blatant fraud -, and surely a listed public company is not allowing this kind of abuse to take place with its internal systems is it ?

I don't know from wich planet you are coming from but maybe you can understand this: this is not a kitchen, it's a computer program where you can make changes into a advertiser income by removing the fields the advertiser can or can't see! That's what they did. It's not a mistake, I believe EP toke the $ away, starting back in 2008, when the world financial crisis started. If they didn't do this they where not existing this days.

We paid them to stay alive but if we stay alive no buddy cares, now go on and start writing about "kitchens". What's on the diner? EP is still untrusted, as long as they don't release the funds that belongs to us they are untrusted!
