Hello. I'm quite new to the affiliate gambling and wondering how many websites do you own? Do you have only one or you own some small 'affiliate casino network' with a few websites?
Thanks!

When i started with affiliation 2,5 years ago i registered a bunch of websites....but only used one so far. If i may give you one advice: Focus in the beginning on one page.

Over 5 to keep me tuned all the time. One site is a vey low ball )))
Seven times fall, eight times stand.
Dedicating is in every business one major key to success. If i looking around, even one website seems for the majority too much.
Master one domain for one vertical in one market/geo ... then you can expand. But even then every project will suffer if you split your resources.
If you have budget and/or manpower its a different game.

I have a handful of sites that I manage with 2 of them being the more important ones for me.
A great question indeed. For me, a scary thought (but fun to remember) but when we started we had three sites and got them moving with daily content and offers, a year on we had over 200 active sites and probably 300 more domains waiting to go up (I admit it, I was a domain hoarder... and badly needed an intervention). We had big sites that needed constant attention, single page landing sites or free game sites and some that ranked and never moved for years with very little effort, BUT... it was easier to gain traction and results 10 years ago.
However, I was never really in love or proud of any of the sites that went up, they just filled a niche and did the job. Another thing is the energy required, we worked as many hours as the day is long for years to get the ball really rolling but it worked, some more years later and coming up to my 49th birthday its a bit different, now I focus use my limited resources more carefully and ultimately enjoy it more.
I see a good future for those that have passion for what they do. Hard work still pays off and failure is inevitable at some point when trying so hard, just push on though. All in all, in summary and looking back, I wished I had focused on one site, or maybe 2......
Too many. Traditionally we have had the majority of our success with one website at a time, and we never seem to learn from that!
Part of my particular problem is I put a lot of effort (and money) into acquiring strong .com domain names, so we feel compelled to get them going - but it's a constant drain on our resources. We particularly have a hard time finding really strong writers, so that compounds things. It's hard enough writing one great review, but trying to do that multiple times over and still keep up quality is a demand.

I have more websites than I can manage, so I only focus on my main one and let the others just float around in cyberspace.

More than I should, but not as many as I’ll probably have this time next year!

I think there is a big difference between website and online project. Working on a project means planning it, full dedication, chasing your dream.
Actually, when i started i started with 1 site, 1 year later i build a 2nd website because the 1st one never had any success and resulted a bit better, then, by personal reasons, i had to stop and i quit affiliation by 2 years, last year i restarted and builded 1 website again, after some months did not saw big results and bought again the domain that had a bit more success before and made another website, so i am with 2 websites and i am not thinking in have another, at least soon...

Hi all,
I'm representative of a casino and I work with a plenty of affiliates. Some of them have one website, some have 20, some have 50 and everyone has a profit. It depends on the strategy you follow

9 at the minute. Sold my previous network of 15 and had to start again a few years later. Will be adding a few more over the next 12 months.

Hey JohnSmithElJackson! Thank you for your question. We have loads of registered websites. But we recently started with Labslots, with which we want to focus on in-depth and well researched genuine reviews. We have started with reviewing top casino platforms, slots, casino games, Slingo and bingo sites. We specifically focus on the UK market and aim to be the go-to site for all players when they need any information on online gambling.
I used to have a lot of sites, but now there are 1-2 sites left. But I rarely use them, because I’m already concerned about others.
Nice post with very interesting statements.
What does it look like for you in 2024?
I too have lost a lot of time creating too many sites and not focusing too much on any one. Although I'm currently focusing on one site every now and then I get the thought that it's a shame about some of the cool domains I have left and it's worth doing something on them. However, re-creating the site will take resources away from the main site. By focusing on one you can have the full power of content, links and build authority. And I guess it's more fun to have one super site than many average ones. However, I'm personally tempted all the time to make more of them, I'm holding back for the moment because I'm doing it myself and it's not rational.
I have around 50 domains/sites. I would echo what the other comments say, focus on one site initially. Ultimately, you learn by your own experiences, but the more websites you have the less amount of time you can spend on each one, like the law of diminishing returns.
My sites: UK Casinos | Rakeback Bible | Casino Bonus | Free Slot Games | New Slots | India Casinos | Bingo Mums | Bookies | Lightning Roulette | Monopoly Live | Wicked Slots | Wizard Slots | Poker Books | Poker Rakeback | Planet Poker | OFC Poker | Bitcoin Casinos
Focusing primarily on 2 sites with another 2 for some limited activity/effort.
Working on 2 sites and doing our best already takes a lot of effort and focus, which is a good thing.
