HeroAffiliates - where are my players?

Hi guys,

I have account in HeroAffiliates for about 7-8 years already. This is affiliate program of CasinoHeroes, big brand.

I had group of players nothing big but every month I had something. Couple months ago I found out that I have 0 click, 0 deposits, 0 active players - ZERO. Everything is zero.

Where are my players? What happened? Why I am asking that here on GPWA? Because HeroAffiliates is ignoring my mails. I tried several times and I received only one answer where guy was asking for my affiliate ID. And now I am waiting over 2 months for answer.

I feel like I was robbed from small group of my players. Can anybody help me with this program?

If you only had a small amount of players, maybe they just all stopped playing.

It wasnt that small group. Couple hundrets of accounts so how in the hell I cant see even single click, no one is playing. NO ONE? Zero? I would understood if stats would be poor but stats are just empty...

SpeedyBet and SpeedyCasino has a new owner (Paf Group) and Affiliates moved to https://multibrandaffiliates.com/

Sorry to hear, that's very disgusting, especially after the fact that it's been about 7 or 8 years already!! They really couldn't give a crap how they treat their affiliates.

I had common problem with noxwin and pokerstars ( back in the days). If they have made the migration, you can ask the new group owners what is happening.
They might have transferred the players, but not their player ( gaming activity).

Thank you for your feedback. Actually it was even more than 7-8 years. I worked with them when they were CasinoSaga (they had to change name), I was with them as CasinoHeroes. Yeah, biggest players were registered couple years ago, now I am not promoting them too much but is it reason to remove my players, my earnings? I sent e-mail + form from site yesterday with link to this thread. Nothing happened yet so I also checked facebook profile, they are very active here, yeah sure its PR, its big brand, BIG BRAND - so why loyal, long-time partners are leaved without any answer for over 2 months?

They still didnt answered for mails. I showed this link to agent on chat for players... at least Felix was helpful and told me he will pass it forward.

Guys, have a look, I found moment when they just delated my players from my account. From this moment we see only "signups" with zero "views" what is not possible.
