Genting Casino Refused to pay

Hi there

Here is an experience i had with Genting Casino

We had a deal set with Genting Casino throughout the months of October and November, (We are a high paying PPC affiliate only paying for top Keywords, so our deals are high, in this case it was $550 CPA with option of a 40% Rev Share (Either or)) this deal was finalized by one of their affiliate managers and ready to go.

In the first month everything went smooth and we sent some good players some average players. The next month we are up to 11 players half way through the month and there affiliate program start playing games with us.
Firstly it turns the currency from $ to ? Then the Player count went up to 15, then it switched from casino players to Poker players and then it went blank this was all within a week. Within this time we are trying to get in touch with an affiliate manager as you can imagine, emails, Skype Phone calls, to no avail, no response what so ever. As time goes on i want to be paid ($6,050)for the players that i have sent to them in this month, at that point we leave it at 11 so we charge for 11. No response, so i speak to a friend of mine who also works with Genting to give me another person i can contact there.

Finally we have contact and they tell me the affiliate manager no longer works there and that they apologies that no one has dealt with this account. I explain to this account manager what we have been through and they tell me they will look in to it. Then they decide not to respond to me i literally had to ask time and time again, email after email following up these payments to nothing. so i decided i had to get in touch with one of the top guys there (I got his email address from a friend who used to work there) to really get this dealt with because it was going to far and i needed to get this sorted.

He tells me he will pass it on to the law team and finance team to see what happens. I then receive a Contract written up on the day by the law team with 5 or 6 mistakes in it including wrong Prices for CPA, dates all over the place, Different numbers of CPA's for the month, we saw 11 they said there were 21 the list goes on, with this the contract was never signed and we had made a gentleman agreement at the time, which we still have in emails which went back and forth. Since i wrote back to the law team stating all the mistakes in the contract and sending copies of all the emails we had agreed on from the time, i have still 2 months later not heard anything from them. After countless emails to them.

I would never work with this brand again and i advise no one does as to me this looks extremely unprofessional and there is no place for this in our industry.

I've been trying to reach Genting too, re. payments, without reply. Seems there's no-one home at Genting's affiliate dept.

I was chasing them up for months until I finally got a phonecall from their finance department and they sorted out our payment...keep insisting and emailing..hope it works out!

Speaking about a "law team" is just kidding you. It's a Fata Morgana to buy time, stalling you, an attempt to wear you down. It would be the same if they told you, that the case will be forwarded to the "fairground team" or the "fountain of youth team". The correct processing point is Genting's UWMT ("unofficial webmaster mockery team").

I know programs. less than 5 people are working in the office, but they give rise to the impression that hundreds flooding the corridor(s), and every individual is holding different shadow departments.

Business like in a madhouse. The one hand does not know what the other is doing. Only cleaning crew and affiliate manager without any supervisor are working at Genting?

No, Rio! If all was well with your work, then obviously the intention is to erase you from the balance sheet.
