This is a very bad story. I'm very sorry this happened. Too many complaints about Genesis

We have some outstanding balance with them (2 months overdue)... We are sending them reminders every week and ZERO response. We will wait some more time and move their brands/programme to blacklist sections.

I've worked with them. I got my payments, but poor conversion and poor player value, hence were not such high amounts.

Please note that Genesis Global has taken the decision to cease its trading
in the UK. As of 2 December 2022, at 17.00, new registrations from the UK
will no longer be accepted and as of 7 December 2022 existing UK players

He did the same thing at AGD.

You have to wonder how much of this story is real and how much is BS. I mean, who lets a debit rise to €409K???!!! And, if an affiliate is doing those numbers, then you'd have the means to take legal action, which the OP claims he did. However, not a peep since.

Maybe he received a gag-order or told by his lawyer to STFU IDK.... Just seems odd this is posted, then nothing.

For the first time ever Genesis didn't show up to Sigma conference.. That alone is a big red flag.

Same universal answer, email Yoav. 4 months invoices still not paid. Senior staff left, and now there is noone to look after us. Shocking to see this behaviour from such a program. We have years of history with Genesis and now all damaged.

Stopped responding to emails
Stopped responding to Skype messages
Sudden exits from two big markets

Way too many red flags going on right now.

If we cannot get any decent answer from any affiliate managers, this program should be blacklisted!

Issues still ongoing as far as we know. Also, we have been told that any affiliate payments due should be directed to [email protected].

We would love to know if anyone else is having same payment issues. We didnt get paid since Sept 2022. For years, it was always on time.

Also, heard some complaints a couple of months ago from our financial department, but in the end, unfortunately, it all did end up with a legal team
