Genesis Issue 409k EUR

Hi guys!

I want to share an unfortunate experience with Genesis.

We started working with Genesis in the beginning of the spring, negotiated all the details of the deal and passed the KYC. It was arranged with the manager that no more documents would be required.
We increased traffic volumes after receiving the first payment. But when they had to pay on the next month 200,000 euros, they referred to the fact that they had problems with the bank and delayed a month or two with the payment. All this time there was an ongoing dialogue with the Genesis manager. She assured us that everything would be fine, it was just a delay. We believed her and continued to send traffic.
During that time, we ran up a debt of 409,000 euros, and when we realized that they were already refusing to pay us directly, we stopped the traffic. We tried with all our might to establish contact and conduct a productive cooperation. After stopping the traffic they started demanding personal documents and ubo for no reason.
At this stage the attorneys were already involved. They could not answer to all requests of our lawyers to explain this request, they just kept repeating "give us the documents". As a result, we made a compromise, sent all the necessary documents with the hope of resolving this situation. But it was not enough for them! Genesis stopped responding for a month already and just ignored all our messages and requests.

Has a similar situation happened to anyone? We will be glad for any help.

Never had an issue for all the years. BUT, haven't been paid for 4 months now. At first due to me changing banks but since then cannot get paid.

My affiliate manager responds but it's not him who sends the wire and seems there is an issue there.

From tomorrow will start removing their brands.

I never worked with them. I've found them annoying since the beginning. I'd just let it to the attorney and spread the word. Of course, I'd cease promoting them, but that should already have been done after the 1st missing payment of 200k.

See that's what I can't get my head around. 500Euro isn't a biggy to stress over if they have banking issues.
However 200K... Is a what tha f#ck moment.

I guess money is all relevant to what your actually making in total for the month.

However, when a program owes me cash, and I don't get paid for a reason which sounds dodgy, I'd drop them like a hot cake, until such time as they did pay. I'm sure they have no issue receiving deposits

It's absolutely bullsh*t and there's no excuses for withholding that amount of money from any affiliate. It's plain rogue behaviour.

Was the 400k comms to be paid profitable for them? or CPA without hitting the mark? if it was profitable then could be a problem with their banking, quite a lot of payment accounts just up and run or get closed down.

I have some small amounts with them and they also don't want to pay.... First, no reply... over one month. Next, AM asked me to send KYC/AML documents. All dully sent, signed and confirmed. After that, no contact... just some random excuses from the managers.

It's terrible to hear a story like this.
I've got them listed, but don't have the traffic for big payments to be an issue.

I asked Genesis Affiliates to change payment method and for a timetable. I really hope it will be solved soon.

Remove their brands until they pay. AMs have been saying to myself and others that we should do that.

It does not look good for them long term we all these payment problems.

UPDATE. Great news here! Genesis Affiliates has paid today. You've got EUR 769.74 from Affiliate Cruise. (Neteller)

We have close to 0 conversion with Genesis for many months, they are barely generating even signups..and value is close to 0 during the last year

There's no excuses for them to have not paid you by now. You should have been paid last month at the latest. I know there are rogue companies who will blatantly lie in every way possible, from saying they have banking issues to errors in the system etc. These same rogue companies will also steal by paying partial commissions, paying certain affiliates and not others. They just decide to steal from whoever they want.

I hope they pay what's owed to you very soon.
