Estimated time for response from AM ?

Hello EP ,

i want to know if EP have an estimated time for response if an Affiliate have questions ?

If yes , what is the estimated time for response ?

This is my experience too with my exemplary female affiliate manager and her successor.
Robin is lightning fast when i need help with payments for example and no one else is available.
My husband is very sensitive to such things.
I hope you get answer soon, Oyropa.

Hi Robin ,

thx for your response !

My AM changed (Alex before now David) , i wrote on 6.5. an email and still waiting for response...

last month there was an issue Alex checked it and told me that i will get an additional payment .
But in my new Statement i cant see any additional payment.

... now i had last week response from my AM that i will get the difference paid next month .... , but also suddenly i have a winner and iam actually
negative with my TLR and also NOT any gambling activity since 5 days

i bet that i will close this month with NEGATIVE TLR
