Eek - Trend Micro Redflush Warning

I'm getting the following warning from my Trend Micro virus detection program when visiting xxww.redflushcasino.eu/

The feedback from TrendMicro is as follows:

1- Our sites are not actively blocked(Black listed), but the content of the site falls under the TrendMicro "Gambling" group.
2- The specific error is because of the security settings on the player's TrendMicro setup.

The only solution provided by TrendMicro is to get the player to change the security settings on their Anti-Virus/Web Security

I do NOT have the parental control feature activated. It was only your website that gave that warning. The warning is not for gambling related content but for the following reason:

Trend Micro has confirmed that this website can transmit malicious software or has been involved in online scams or fraud.

Maybe it's the same shady practice of redirecting affiliate links to another affiliates website that brought this on.

This is not an issue with our websites

I will look into it again for you but we logged a call with TrendMicro themselves they gave us the feedback i added and gave me a document i can send you to show you how to rectify this issue its not a casino issues

The specific error is because of the security settings on the player's TrendMicro setup. Thats what they said .. Not necessary a parental control issues by a security setting one.

With regards to your issue with a blocked website by Trend Micro Titanium Maximum Security.

? NOTE!! Some websites blocked by the Parental Control features may not display correctly or at all after you have granted permission to open them.

? If the website does not display at all, try to grant permission again. Disable the Parental Controls feature temporarily if it does not display correctly.

? The Secure Erase feature does not work with files protected by NTFS encryption.

? The pages of any website left open while using the System Tuner feature may not work properly after the Internet Privacy feature has finished making changes.

Follow the Below Steps to configure and change your Parental Control Settings on the Titanium Maximum Security 2012 console

This article shows you how to setup the Parental Controls feature for the following 2012 programs:

? Prevent specific categories of websites from being opened

? Limit Internet access to only certain periods of the day

? Set rules that apply to a specific account on your computer

To configure the feature's settings, please follow the steps below or watch an audio-video guide for instructions:

1. Open the main console of your Titanium program by double-clicking the Trend Micro icon on your desktop or in your system tray.

2. Click Set up now in the Parental Controls section.

3. Type your password, then click OK.

4. Click OK to continue when the Introduction window appears.

Note: Tick Don't show this introduction again if you do not want to see this window when you access this feature.

5. Do either of the following:

? If you have separate Microsoft Windows User Accounts: Click Do your children have their own Windows User Accounts for this computer.

? If you have a single account for the computer: Click Next.

Note: You can set different rules for your kids if you create separate Windows User Accounts for them. Otherwise, the same Parental Control rules will apply to everyone using the computer.

You will receive a notification if this is the first time you are using the Parental Controls feature.

6. Set the Parental Controls feature according to the following:

? Website Filter Rules
The Parental Controls feature lets you filter different categories of websites based on the following age groups:

? Child (ages 3-7 years old)

? Pre-teen (ages 8-12 years old)

? Teen (ages 13-17 years old)

? Custom

Select Custom from the dropdown list if you want to choose which categories you want to block.

Important: Multiple Windows User Accounts will have separate tabs. Make sure to edit the settings for each tab.

? Website Access Schedule
The Parental Controls feature lets you schedule your kids' time on the Internet. You can set separate schedules for weekdays and weekends by clicking on the meter.

The program shows how many hours of access are allotted.

Highlighted areas mean that Internet access is blocked during that period. Unmarked areas mean that Internet access is allowed. Do either of the following to edit thee schedule:

? Click any part of the meter to allow or deny access for a specific period

? Click and drag the mouse along the meter to allow or deny access for a specific period

If you access a blocked website or use the Internet during the period it is blocked, then Parental Controls feature blocking page will appear.

7. Click Done to save your settings.

You fail to take note that I do NOT have parental control activated. The website is not blocked. It just gives that warning.

Maybe you need to rephrase your question to them and ask them why Trend Micro is giving the following warning:

We have done that and are waiting on feedback from them as to why that message appears .. currently you are the only person who has received it as soon as we have feedback from them i will let you know

Trend Micro have gotten Back to us ..They have confirmed this is an Error on their Side .. Our sites are 100% safe they are in the process of Re Classifying our websites BUT this can take 5 to 7 Business Days to complete .. This was done via a chat session between us and them so i can post any of that information but rest assured once they confirm this change has been made I will let you know .

TrendMicro claims that our site has been reclassified.

Can you please confirm that the classification has been removed.

Nope the warning is still there. Maybe it'll take a day or two to filter through. I'll check again tomorrow night.

I have just checked and the warning has been removed. Trend Micro are currently not giving any warnings for xxw.redflushcasino.eu.
