    Default e-mail addy bouncing

I´ve received the latest InterPartners newsletter, promoting the CAP review, Google +1, etc. I have replied by e-mail, asking a question but it bounced, as follows:

    Well..

I don't have any rep on either msn or skype so I can't help you there.
But since they're email promoting, they might have used all bandwidth sending emails.. LOL

No worries. Maybe one of the two e-mail copies got through. If not, I´m sure it´ll get sorted once they see this thread.

I´ve just noticed that the my original post in this thread has excluded the e-mail addy it bounced from. It was clare at partnerlogic dot com (I think) so I'm assuming InterPartners have an e-mail redirect in place, seeing as neither of my e-mail copies were actually sent to the clare at addy.

I´ll try to post the rest of the bounce info here, showing the bounce address to be claire at partnerlogic dot com. As I mentioned, neither of my e-mails were actually sent to this addy.

    Hi FictionNet,

It seems that there is a **** up with the email addy indeed.. I'm pretty sure the suport @ interpartners .com email worked though.

I'll have your aff manager get back to you on your question first thing tomorrow morning.

    Cheers
    Fotis

    Hi FictionNet,

We have now got to the bottom of it. Not to pass the blame, but ... our email software provider configured the Reply To incorrectly, so that it was directing to an old address. I can confirm that support @ Interpartners.com works fine though, so I will be replying to your questions ASAP. We are in the process of changing this, so in the future you will be able to reply directly.

    Regards,
    Chris
