Do you have the same? Free money as Real deposit

I would like to ask the affiliate's a question.

I've seen that on December 1 at 7 different players-accounts there is in total 1070 in deposits.

However, there is no netgaming. No one has played as i can see under the affiliate program. After several back and forth emailing with 3 account managers I got several messages:

1) players deposit to play later
2) we can not help it
3) We have already explained you
4) Oh, we see it, the retention team has given these players free real money. It is a bonus in a way of real money and has been deposited into their players account.

I ask my self why they didnt give the players on all my account's (i have 3) this free real money???

Since I am 4 years in this bussines, I have seen several times things in this world where I've put huge question and I am not a newbe person in this world.

I think at those moments and the way how they treat their affiliates this days, very poorly. Also online chat cant help you with anything and they have no access to any data.

My english is not so good, but some accounts managers...oh my...You must write at least 3 times before they try to answer all your questions in full. If they do it!.

The good old days...

So the question is do you have the same as me? deposits with no netgaming and no revenue?

I actually have a player at one of the Playtech's that does this on a regular basis....deposits....waits a few days sometimes a little longer and then deposits a second time then will start playing....

I signed a new player at ehorse the other day, that went on to make a deposit and hasn't played yet....

My guess is this player will not play until the new Horse season arrives....

Not sure why anyone is telling you that free money should appear as a deposit, it should show as a negative, a bonus or if it was GWages.... well....

Well, in this case they have told me they give the players free REAL money, no one has played yet only one player but then that player didnt recive any free REAL money.

and since December 27, they suddenly switched and they give the players suddenly no real money but BONUS money
Fortunately I can follow them all still...

Please allow me to simplify the matter with the following facts:

* Your deal is Revenue Share
* The players that you brought didn't make any deposit in this case
* Our retention team did give them free bonus that appears as a deposit, which is free for them to play or withdraw
* The players, which didn't login in quite some time, still didn't come back to play even after this bonus was given...
* Should the players come in and play again, you will receive your revenue share for their activity, according to your deal, just like we promised, and according to the plan...

You actually have a chance to benefit here even without your customers depositing money... I think it's extraordinary...

Well, I hope all is clear now, but I can't finish this post without wishing all the affiliates, readers, customers and yourself a happy new year, may this year be rich and fruitful in all possible meanings and prove to be even better than the one ending now!

This is a very interesting scenario giving players free money they could even withdraw....

I hope this is done very carefully and not abused....

Is this something that we could possibly rerquest for specific players?

I wouldn't want this used with very many players, but I can actually think of one or two players from the past that I would like to use an incentive like this to get back...

Regarding your post, afther 2 months not a single player has played. This means: there was no activity! This also means that the free money has coast me commission! Also for 2 months no affiliate manager is availble or respond to emails. What is going on?
