You are not alone. I received the statiment on 10th of July, but I'm still waiting for money (wire transfer, UK).

This is indeed an uncomfortable situation.
Known phone lines to Europartners are no longer working for me, not the German number (0800-181-3800) that is disconnected and also not the direct number in Israel (+972-3-7646200), that will only produce a never ending busy signal since at least three days for me.
I can not help with information about payment because I am in a negative carryover situation, but one thing is clear: Never they refused to pay the money if the payment statement was sent out and never latest on the 15th as it is written in their terms. And this was valid for at least the last 7 years! So there is something strange.
The problem is, that obviously no active forum representative is working here. The last activity is from 17 May 2016.

You also don't see any name of an individual on that page. So this is evidence, that this account is not casted in the moment. So there is no surprise if private messages over the forum remain unanswered.
The best situation would be if they have problems with wire transfer this month. This can be solved, and no one has a damage. Everything would be fine.
But in the moment when a webmaster who received a statement but also no money this month, and her/his payment method is Neteller or Skrill, in this moment is red alert.
So it would be helpfully to find an Europartners webmaster with such a payment method and one more one with wire transfer to ask and analyze the situation as long as the position of a forum representative is casted again.
Finally: There is evidence, that payment department of Europartners is still alive, working and paying also in July if there is a need!

It's evening here in Germany, and I stopped watching the last three episodes of American Horror Story Season 3 for this case. So team work would be great. This also applies to Europartners.

I think the problem is with wire transfers only. Netteler and Skrill are all paid out a long time ago (many people confirmed this).
