Hi All,

I wanted to let you know that we have acquired Diamond7Casino and will now be running their affiliate program (White Mountain Affiliates) as of March 1.

Diamond7Casino has been on our White Hat Gaming platform since it launched in 2015, so it features a UK License, all your favourite game suppliers, and is a relatively unexposed brand.

Affiliates will be managed by the familiar faces at Full Cream, so from April you can expect payments to be processed on the 2nd business day of the month and to always have access to one of us if you want to set up an exclusive offer, discuss a commission deal, or just shoot the breeze.

We will be moving Diamond 7 Casino to Full Cream Affiliates in June. That way your one Full Cream account can access all our super-duper brands. Less logins, less stats to check = more chance of affiliates promoting the brand

Why can players take the bonus with Neteller, while it's stated in the t&c they have not the right to do so and afterwards they won't get their winnings if they win?

A high percentage of players who make first deposits using NETeller/Moneybookers are bonus abusers (I know a lot of legitimate players like to subsequently use NETeller/Moneybookers as their withdrawal method, and we accommodate that). The term is in place to protect both the casino and affiliates from these abusers who cost both of us substantial revenue.

The term is also only enforced when we feel a player is an abuser. Many legitimate players are allowed to deposit using these methods, take the welcome bonus and subsequently keep their winnings. So, we choose to enforce it at our discretion if we feel it protects us from abuse. We do not unilaterally enforce it.

But I take your point. We are actually in the process of updating this process as well as this term due to new regulation. Once our update is complete, players will then be informed before they deposit that using NETeller/Moneybookers will mean that they are not eligible for the welcome bonus and any money won from it.
